“What a difference a store location makes. Visit the CO Mills Lakewood store and stay away from the 3244 Youngfield location. After several visits to the T-Mobile location on Youngfield I visited the location in the CO Mills store and Dereck Cornejo took care of the issue immediately no questions asked.
