“I’ve been a loyal customer of this O'Reilly location for many years. While I usually replace my own battery, I was in a rush today, and Matt, the assistant manager, stepped in to help. He quickly and efficiently swapped out the old battery for a new one. Matt also took the time to check my engine light and patiently walked me through some simple steps to address the issue. The team here is always friendly, and their customer service is outstanding.”
“Tom and TJ were great! I was in a pinch and needed a new battery. I went to the store right before they closed. They let me use their tools to switch out the battery. They stayed open 15 minutes past close, which I very much appreciated to ensure I was good to go! Highly recommend this location.”
“I went in to get some blinker bulbs and when I asked at the counter if anyone knew how to change out side marker lights .. Cameron was quick to help me out and changed those pesky lights for me! He was great to make sure that everything worked properly.. I mentioned that I was driving home to Texas for the holidays and he went above and beyond to make sure all was up to par!
