“If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Hero’s is more than just a store where you can buy pet food and other pet related items. It’s a resource for information about how to keep our pets as healthy as possible for as long as possible. Buying all my pet food and treats there, I don’t have to worry about trying to figure out what foods are healthy, and what foods just have great advertising. Hero’s only carries the good stuff. When I’ve had some questions related to something my pet is going through, I feel that I can ask more questions and reach a better understanding of my options than I can at the Vet’s office. Plus, you can educate yourself about topics like heartworm and flea and tick meds,etc. through their blogs and handouts.”

“Tavia at Littleton location is the greatest groomer! She went by my extensive notes that I left, as my friend had to drop off my 75 pound knucklehead for me. And Tavia CRUSHED IT!My pup has a ton of hair with a mix of different textures. And she did the best grooming job ever on him!!!Thank you, Tavia! I hope I am spelling it correctly!Also, Eric was phenomenal while helping me set up appt.!C&D's have a fantastic pair representing them!!!”

Every morning I woke up to a full daily report of her visit including updates on what she did each visit and how our cat was doing, with a few cute pictures as well. She was thoughtful in taking care of the house and was very responsive in the communication portal. “I took my 16 week old Goldendoodle, Samson in for his first cut, and Caitlin M. was his groomer. I have to admit at first I was skeptical about taking him here, but upon meeting Caitlin, I quickly changed how I was feeling. She was super nice, knowledgable, and very professional which gave me a sense of ease and confidence in her skills. Samson turned out exactly how I wanted him to, even with him giving her a little trouble. I would definitely recommend going to her. 10/10!”

“In May of 2024, I moved into a house in Thornton. I had a Hale door at my previous house and that has one of the first things I wanted done in this house.
I looked on the Internet and first company I saw saud they installed Hale doggie doors. I determined the size and made arrangements for install.
Everything seemed appropriate and I paid the $1500.
About a year later, two metal glass fell off and the door started to warp a little bit. I was surprised as my previous Hale door never had a problem in thev12 years that I had it.
I called Hale Door in Littleton. I gave them information and they said that they would call me back.
I heard back the next day. I discovered that the Hale door that I was told was a knock off/fake. The real Hale Door Company was going to replace my doggy door totally free of charges, including service call and new install.
I am so impressed with this business and company. If you are uncertain what kind of doggy door, please let me persuade you to get a Hale Doggy Door. They are the very best ever!!
I got a large door, being assured that my little 3 pound puppies could work it as well as my very large grandpuppies.”
“Went in for a grooming session for our dog, Sammi. My groomer called me just 2 hours later and I picked her up. As soon as I saw Sammi I knew the groomer did not do a good job. The cut was uneven, not as short as I had asked, her tail was a mess and her paw fur was messy as well. I called and asked to talked to the manager, Jamie. She told me to come back in and she'd make Sammi look pretty. Jamie was super-apologetic and made me feel validated. She thanked me for calling and letting her know of my experience. This way she can talk to the groomer and train them better. In the end, Sammi did look beautiful. It was a lot of driving and waiting for me, but Jamie made up for the inconvenience with her professionalism and graciousness.”
“They are always out or nearly out of the cat food flavors we purchase, especially their signature brand Redford Naturals.
The staff are always so friendly and helpful here though.”
“This petsmart is pretty good. They have a good selection of pet goods for non-cat and non-dog animals (fish, rabbits, etc), and it's always clean and well-stocked. Only complaint is sometimes they get weekend surges and don't have the cashiers to deal with it, but I think my sat/sun timing has been unlucky. Weekday evenings are always an easy time to get in and out.”
“WiFi connection wasn't good and couldn't stay connected for my zoom training for my service dog class. Other than that, all the employees were very nice and understood we were only doing training that day”

“Did a quick Google search for Fromm’s dog food and Riley’s popped up with great reviews and decided to give it a try. I'm so happy I went here! I've never walked into a pet store and felt right at home and so well taken care of. I found my dog food and a dog olivewood treat. You can even have your dog/cat food ordered (call by Thursday and you will get it the next week). I have found our pet store!!”
