“I started storing at this location in October. Now, 3 months later, I got a notice that my unit will be DOUBLING in price! I agreed to $88 and it will be $196 starting in March. I understand that self storage can do this and raise rates overtime but to double it is insane! I have never in all my years of storage, seen such a jump. Public storage at least had the decency for a slow increase after being there for 7 months. Sadly I will be looking for another place to store my things and you should too!

The staff at US storage reached out to me promptly and did all the heavy lifting with getting a price negotiation. There will be an increase but it is much more reasonable. I appreciate their attentiveness and willingness to hear my concern.”

“I purchased a mini storage unit building and built it myself. Everything went smother than I expected, all materials were present and extras of everything where shipped, even organized very well. Everything was cut accurately and designed to be easily assembled. Detailed plans and drawings were easy to understand. Regency definitely has a quality building and stick to a schedule. Ryan was able to answer all my questions quickly and walk me through the ordering process. I have never built a steel building and didn't have to ask any questions throughout the construction process which speaks to drawings supplied and materials used. Thank you for a good experience Regency!”

“I had have had a great experience here. I store my RV here and have had no issues. The gates are always closed and site feels and seems very secure. I have always had pleasant interactions with employees. The site is clean and wide lanes for pulling through. I have a 42 foot 5th wheel and have never had any issues getting it into my back in space. I have rented from others in the area and it would take me forever to get it into its spot due to how cramped the space was. As far as pricing Denver RV Self Storage is right on par with other alike sites. I have rented here for well over a year with a great experience and zero issues.”
“I've had multiple storage units here over the past 20 years and have stored multiple trailers with no issues. I've rented from a 5x5 to a 10x25. Some of the bad reviews sound like they were expecting a sealed vault. These are storage units in Littleton near open fields. They aren't hermitically sealed and you might get mice. You get the same thing in your garage at home. That's why you don't store food and you make sure your boxes, rugs, etc. are sealed. This is a Quality storage facility and I will continue to use it in the future. And if you ask the manager and mention my name, I'm sure she will be happy to verify how long and how many units I have had there and that I am really a customer.”

The amount for storage here is reasonable, and I like the location. Very clean. How they conduct business is awesome! I would recommend this storage. “I rented a 10x10 unit on the second floor at StorQuest Littleton for nearly five years, and throughout that time, my belongings were kept safe, giving me consistent peace of mind. The option to use two locks on the unit door added an extra layer of security, which I appreciated. Matt provided excellent customer service and made the move-out process smooth and hassle-free. I also agree with Alex’s review below—Matt is personable, makes you feel welcome, and ensures all your questions are thoroughly answered. I will absolutely use StorQuest Littleton again in the future and highly recommend their services. 10/10.”
“The only other review on here is just plain d*** ... the storage lot DOES have an automated gate AND it activated by a keycard that is actually easier than having to punch numbers into a keypad - and even the building where the cars are kept is secured by a huge automated gate that is unlocked with the same keycard - it couldn't be any easier or more secure. The moral of this story is ... don't listen to whiners. But more importantly, Greg (the owner) has always made room for my Corvette and Mercedes, even when it meant moving some of his equipment to make room for both of my cars when his facility was full. He is also very responsive by phone or text and a very nice guy to work with.”

“Public Storage is clean and well kept. The manager James was fantastic. A true gentleman. He is kind and very helpful and explained everything needed to make this a good experience. The only problems I saw were the open ceilings protected by wire mesh and the fire suppression system. The ceilings seem to be a weak deterrent to theft. The fire suppression system seems like it will wreak havoc on all users if any portion of the system activates and floods the entire building.”
