I walked up to the service counter to ask about the difference between two items and the employee was very thorough in his answer and gave an A to B comparison and even gave a C option for a different part that he brought out from the back of the store. The knowledgeable staff informed me of the different quality of tech suits in a way that was useful without being condescending and enabled me to make an informed decision. He was not focused on an upsell but in genuinely helping me get what I wanted as well as walking away with value for my dollar. He worked within my budget and found us a high quality tech suit that was significantly reduced on price because it was a model that was a couple years old. I highly recommend Out of Breath Sports for all competitive swimmers as well as a source for year round swim gear.”
“I went into this store to see if they happened to have any of a specific hat that I loved, that my dogs had unfortunately gotten ahold of. While they did not have any at the store when I first went in, they took my name and phone # to check with other stores and any warehouses. A few weeks later, and I get a call that they did indeed find 2 hats in my size! They didn’t have to go that extra mile, but I’m extremely appreciative that they did.Would highly recommend stopping in and shopping.”

“Had an interesting experience when ordering some product to be delivered. Long story short, only half the order got delivered. Called the store and one of the managers, Justin, promised to look into it. I thought that would be end of it. However, next day I get a call from Justin, he found the product that wasn't delivered, I offered to come pick it up and instead he delivered it himself! Above and beyond. Great experience!”
