I walked up to the service counter to ask about the difference between two items and the employee was very thorough in his answer and gave an A to B comparison and even gave a C option for a different part that he brought out from the back of the store. The knowledgeable staff informed me of the different quality of tech suits in a way that was useful without being condescending and enabled me to make an informed decision. He was not focused on an upsell but in genuinely helping me get what I wanted as well as walking away with value for my dollar. He worked within my budget and found us a high quality tech suit that was significantly reduced on price because it was a model that was a couple years old. I highly recommend Out of Breath Sports for all competitive swimmers as well as a source for year round swim gear.”
“I went into this store to see if they happened to have any of a specific hat that I loved, that my dogs had unfortunately gotten ahold of. While they did not have any at the store when I first went in, they took my name and phone # to check with other stores and any warehouses. A few weeks later, and I get a call that they did indeed find 2 hats in my size! They didn’t have to go that extra mile, but I’m extremely appreciative that they did.Would highly recommend stopping in and shopping.”

“Great experience stopped in on a busy Saturday afternoon and Mason was very helpful. A colleague I forgot to get her name but they were also very helpful in reaching out to Mason initially for the help. Mason was able to locate a sweatshirt I wanted on the floor but did not have my correct size. He was able to go in back and get me a new one in my size. You could see him helping many others as well while the store was busy.”
