βJust went to Big Tool Box to get my wife a Stihl Weed Wacker for her birthday (don't judge me) Parking lot and store were PACKED. I almost said the heck with fighting this crowd and turned around to go get her a Wakmart Ironing Board, but I love her dearly so I put on a patient brave face and joined the masses - I went to the well marked Stihl section and picked out the one I wanted and because of how busy it was I figured I would have to wait a while. Nope - Daniel was able to help me with all the needed accessories and get me checked out and downstairs for the initial start-up. In and out in 10 minutes with amazing competent service. In the valley of the blind the man with one eye is king- Consider Big Tool Box the Kingβ
βHuge thanks to your employee Ace who helped me with my license plate screws that were cemented on. He also got me new screws and put them on my plate! Amazing customer service skills, please give him employee of the month.β

Extremely nice guy and he educated me about lots of things. I had a complicated order and he was willing to help me out and figure everything out. Great experience.β

It's a great chance to learn techniques and gain skills for home wood working.β

βI was looking for a Stetson hat and found one I liked, they just didn't have my size in stock. Making a long story short, Meg in Clothing went well above the call of duty in helping me get the right size, including contacting Stetson directly. Customer service like that is a lost art these days, and with folks like Meg working in that store they deserve our business. This is a great store!β
βI love shopping at hardware stores, the Ace Hardware at Tamarac is no exception. Came in to find a flapper for a leaky toilet tank, found what I needed then continued browsing the well stocked aisles.β
βHuge shoutout to Ben at Ace Hardware! We were assembling furniture for our daughter and ran into an issue where a pre-drilled hole wouldnβt take a bolt. We called ahead and Ben assured us they had the toolsβand when we arrived, he actually sought us out. He took the piece, fixed it on the spot, and saved our project. Amazing customer service and exactly why Ace is the place to go!β

In the middle of a big construction project, I rushed in needing help with two different wood species. They stopped what they were doing, opened a classroom, and showed me stain and finish techniques I didnβt even know were possible. If you need woodworking or finish help, these guys are amazing. Iβd give 10 stars if I could!β

βMost of the time I choose to drive to the Englewood location only because there is a manager their that is extra helpful. Her name is Jen I think. She is so knowledgeable and has NEVER let me down. She always knows what I am talking about and need. She makes the experience so much better.β
βI needed a brass 90 deg compression fitting to connect our new refrigerator water line, which is surprisingly a hard part to find, but this Ace store had it in stock. When I asked for assistance to confirm, Alan said it would not work & why & then checked his inventory online to verify that no Ace store carried the required fitting. Then he went above & beyond to check other online sellers that had a suitable part & it turns out no one makes a dual compression fitting. So I showed him a picture of the water shut off valve, what I needed to do & he showed me how I could connect the water line to the valve with a slight modification without the fitting. Ended up not purchasing anything, but his suggestion worked. HUGE SHOUT OUT TO ALAN & the entire staff at this store for awesome customer service.β
βThe assistant store manager, Troy, could not have been more helpful last week. I had ordered doors and they had come without a part that I needed. Once I found the parts, he made sure that I did not pay for them. He was all about making sure I had what I needed!β

βSpent quite a lot of time in store, picking out flower bushes, garden soil, small cedar fencing & searching for shower filters. Employees were very helpful but did not always send me to correct aisle. Checked out & was charged 2x for one peony and he missed the snowball bush, so now have to go back soon. I always go back.β
βJohn went above and beyond helping me with two corroded screws on my license plates last week. I came in having no idea what to do to get them off and he stepped in, well beyond my expectations, to help me out. It was so generous and unexpected. I would still be trying to figure this out if it wasn't for his help. Thank you John for everything!β
βI got the best customer service since I can remember...I called to get a quote and Mark was very courteous and helpful in walking through the products they had available that'll be a fit for my project.It wasn't until I asked for their hours of operations that I discovered I called almost 10 mins after hours!β
βJay was very helpful in assisting me as I tried to model my bathroom upgrade. I would recommend this company if you are working through a remodel project. Researchong online is good. However learning what I did at the showroom was very beneficial.β
βOh, i cant remember her name. The lady at the check out. Her name started with a S. Anywho.. she was amazing. Helped me with my arms full and helped with scan and check out. Very knowledge at her job and work ethic is absolutely amazing. I picked up two fruit trees to prepare for Florida. But i appreciate yall. The gentleman who guided me back to the fruit trees cause they were moved from the greenhouse to the inside. I will always return to this lowes. Customer serice here is great. Thank you both for making my day better. Will be transplanting Saturday!

βI visited this location a little over a week ago, but had to leave a review for the fantastic customer service and experience I had. Needing a tool to complete a job I went to the rental department and was immediately greeted by Cici. She was extremely helpful and even took the time to call multiple locations to try and track down the tool I needed. After dealing with a rude associate from another store over the phone Cici was able to confirm where to get the tool and even how to place it on hold as there is was only one location locally that had the tool.
After the great service there I continued shopping and came upon Cynthia in the appliances department. She was such a happy and joyous soul. Although we barely talked about appliance she shared a life story and even showed compassion in regards to what I had going on in life at the time. Our conversation definitely made my day and hope it did the same for her.
Although I ended up not being able to get the tool I needed at the time, my visit was one to remember due to these two young ladies. Thank you so much for the time and excellent customer service. I will be returning to this location for my future business!β

βIt is few and far between to receive great customer service these days. However, this was the Absolute Best Home Depot Experience I have ever had! Kirby, Mark, Preston, Dave, and Zach went above and beyond to help me this evening! The level of customer service I received was nothing short of Exceptional! This group of Fine Individuals worked as a team, had great attitudes, and helped me load several heavy work carts, which took quite a bit of effort. If you Appreciate a high level of service, then this is the Home Depot for you!!β
