“Just went to Big Tool Box to get my wife a Stihl Weed Wacker for her birthday (don't judge me) Parking lot and store were PACKED. I almost said the heck with fighting this crowd and turned around to go get her a Wakmart Ironing Board, but I love her dearly so I put on a patient brave face and joined the masses - I went to the well marked Stihl section and picked out the one I wanted and because of how busy it was I figured I would have to wait a while. Nope - Daniel was able to help me with all the needed accessories and get me checked out and downstairs for the initial start-up. In and out in 10 minutes with amazing competent service. In the valley of the blind the man with one eye is king- Consider Big Tool Box the King”

“Two points. First, the store is well stocked with lots of quality tools, jigs, accessories, and materials. I found the items I needed including a diamond sharpening stone that was on sale. Second, I was in the store for over 30 minutes and not a single soul asked if I needed help. I expect this from a big box store, but not a premium woodworking store.”

It's a great selection at a great price for sure.
Nevertheless it's always a lottery with the staff when you have questions. Sometimes you'll get someone actually knowledgeable that will help you out greatly; other time it's people that have no clue about anything within a hardware store and so it's a pain cause you're either getting wrong advise or you have to stroll around and fine someone else...”

“The Harbor Freight in Englewood is well run, with friendly staffers, and a great selection of affordable tools and supplies to help the day-to-day operations of our small business.
The range of tool prices allows the opportunity to consider how much a particular tool will be used and for how long. Mechanics hand tools are a great example of a range of quality that provides a short-term stop-gap or long-term investment. If I encounter an unexpected equipment failure without the correct tool with me to fix the problem, Harbor Freight has a very inexpensive option to get out of the situation. A one and done hand tool may not be the best, but I will accomplish the task without a time-consuming trek home to fetch the tool I was caught without. Harbor Freight also has a great selection of hand tools I'm proud to have in my toolbox thst are long term investments, that expand the collection I've spent 40 years building and expect to use often for the next 40years. Quality tools that will cost more than an emergency stop gap measure, but reasonably priced and trusted for anything I need for equipment maintenance and repairs.
Harbor Freight is a hard-working tradesman's best option in an emergency or long-term.”

“This locations is their HVAC heavy Location. Normally a fully stocked plumbing this location is a NORTEK(Nordyne) dealer also. ACs, Furnaces, Coils and Water Heaters. Located in a warehouse strip.”
“I needed a brass 90 deg compression fitting to connect our new refrigerator water line, which is surprisingly a hard part to find, but this Ace store had it in stock. When I asked for assistance to confirm, Alan said it would not work & why & then checked his inventory online to verify that no Ace store carried the required fitting. Then he went above & beyond to check other online sellers that had a suitable part & it turns out no one makes a dual compression fitting. So I showed him a picture of the water shut off valve, what I needed to do & he showed me how I could connect the water line to the valve with a slight modification without the fitting. Ended up not purchasing anything, but his suggestion worked. HUGE SHOUT OUT TO ALAN & the entire staff at this store for awesome customer service.”

Employees were very helpful but did not always send me to correct aisle. Checked out & was charged 2x for one peony and he missed the snowball bush, so now have to go back soon. I always go back.”

“I have been a customer/fan of the Home Depot since the 1980's. I applied to work at this location and some family circumstances prevented me to work in Greenwood Village. I have to say the HR lady Jacqueline went above and beyond to help me go to another store. Rarely do I encounter this amount of help. ( especially from big companies). I did some work for Boeing ( with landing charts- no airplane assembly) and did not have that kind commitment from Boeing. I was treated well; however, the HD feels like a family. Wish I would have applied to work years ago. To the management at this location: Kudos to Jacqueline G the ASDS. I have also shopped here and the staff is helpful and respectful. Awesome customer service too.”

There's so many others too numerous to mention especially when it comes to help in plumbing. Thanks Lowes for have so many awesome employees!
