“I am going to edit my review because, in the end, the tool I left for repair was done within the time frame they said it would be done. Which, ironically enough, was one day after I posted my initial review expressing my frustration and bewilderment.
I didn't care for the complete lack of communication, or the phones going unanswered when I called. And I certainly didn't like the fact that no one seemed to have any clue as to the progress of the repair. But, as mentioned before, the tool was done within the time frame I was quoted, and that's part of the reason I am editing the review I left initially. I am also editing the review because, maybe, I need to focus more on the outcome, and less on the process.”

“I have been to Home Depot twice and decided to try ACE for my license plate screws. It doesn’t sound hard, but I had to return screws multiple times with no success. I went into ACE today and had Mason help me and he went ABOVE and BEYOND! He walked out to my vehicle and tested until we found the right one. I will definitely be giving my business to ACE now. He also shook my hand and thanked me after checkout :) I will be back!”
“I was able to purchase a spike pipe with a hole at the end point and a female garden hose connection to force water into the ground at the root level of my trees during this time o drought. This device is all steel, where my other one that I have used more than 40 years off and on. However it had aluminum & plastic components that have cracked leaking/spraying water all over at the handle portion of the device. These devices allow me to add water at the root level of the trees.”
“Friendly, helpful, simple transaction. What more could you ask. Oh and great prices! The came here for a refill for argon and was curious about getting a larger tank for my needs. Bo, offered to take my refill and put it towards the cost of a new, larger tank.
So helpful, and not intimidating in any way. These guys know customer service.

“Great staff and amazing selection of clothes, tools, farm gear, guns, and accessories! I think they could maybe expand their hardware selections. As an example, they sell lots of pvc pipe fittings etc, but no glue, or if they do have it, its nowhere near the fittings.”
“So friendly and helpful! The kid at the registers tonight was very kind and patient with my 5 yr old son paying for his own stuff. My son counted out his total and the gentleman at the register even told my son he would have a nickel as change. I sincerely appreciated it! “If you need something specific for horse equipment or feed or some last minute. Hey this is definitely a place that you can stop at. It's got comparable prices to places like Big r and they have more or less the same stock. Even if the some of the brands are. You know a little different because they're a competitor. Life is always really nice and they're very knowledgeable about things I wasn't really expecting and some really good fun facts, especially when they had live animals for sale.”

In the middle of a big construction project, I rushed in needing help with two different wood species. They stopped what they were doing, opened a classroom, and showed me stain and finish techniques I didn’t even know were possible. If you need woodworking or finish help, these guys are amazing. I’d give 10 stars if I could!”

“Ace Hardware stores are the best, and this one is no exception. Jordan helped me fix my grocery wagon. He went above and beyond to help me, and I truly appreciated all his work and effort. I asked for Josh, the owner, so I could brag on Jordan. Josh was also positively wonderful. It was great to hear the owner, and Jordan's boss, brag on Jordan. You could tell immediately from Jordan that he really enjoys his job and his boss. There is nothing better than seeing happy employees and it tells you so much about management.
If you haven't been to this Ace Hardware, go! You won't regret it!”
“I needed a brass 90 deg compression fitting to connect our new refrigerator water line, which is surprisingly a hard part to find, but this Ace store had it in stock. When I asked for assistance to confirm, Alan said it would not work & why & then checked his inventory online to verify that no Ace store carried the required fitting. Then he went above & beyond to check other online sellers that had a suitable part & it turns out no one makes a dual compression fitting. So I showed him a picture of the water shut off valve, what I needed to do & he showed me how I could connect the water line to the valve with a slight modification without the fitting. Ended up not purchasing anything, but his suggestion worked. HUGE SHOUT OUT TO ALAN & the entire staff at this store for awesome customer service.”

“Spent quite a lot of time in store, picking out flower bushes, garden soil, small cedar fencing & searching for shower filters. Employees were very helpful but did not always send me to correct aisle. Checked out & was charged 2x for one peony and he missed the snowball bush, so now have to go back soon. I always go back.”

“Every time I have gone here I have had a great experience. First time, I needed dowels cut to specific sizes and the staff went above and beyond checking fittings and cutting the dowels. Second time, I needed moving boxes and they graciously gave me free boxes from the back. I will be going back for hardware needs in the future!”

“Had a bathroom urinal valve issue. Salesman HOU was a GREAT help! I brought a few photos and measurements of the problem flush valve. He was able to help correct my issue with a small part and then help me upgrade to an automatic flush kit (Sloan EBV500A). Super easy to install and works great!”

I especially appreciate being able to find most of the materials I need in one place instead of having to visit several different stores. The selection is extensive, the prices are generally reasonable, and the stores are conveniently located.
