Within a few minutes we found the style, right size, but wrong color.I asked if they had black. The clerk scanned the label and was able to locate a black pair in their store room. “I was in a few days ago and Chris was awesome! I have really high arches and Chris figured out I needed and 9 1/2 wide, which I never realized and I know it will make a huge difference. He also took the time to watch how I walked to see if I pronate. The whole staff has great training and they really understand how to help people with foot issues. Their prices seem middle of the road which is fair and I will shop with them instead of going to a discount place, and probably buying the wrong pair of shoes for myself, which I have done many times in the past.
