“Had a great experience at Runner's Roost, with the help of Sandra. I was directed to check them out by my doctor due to knee, ankle, hip pain with arthritis. It was an alignment issue with old shoes that was causing the damage. Sandra took the time and help find the correct pair after several tries/walking. I am currently in a Hoka Gaviota, and have greatly reduced that pain, and back up to my walking routine. Shout out to Runner's Roost, and especially to Sandra making the effort to make those corrections.”

When I checked online, I found the sweater with an additional 40% off—not marked as a final sale item. I called the store to ask about the price difference, and Randy was prompt, professional, and super kind. She went above and beyond by adjusting the price for me over the phone, saving me a trip back to the store. Randy’s warmth and excellent customer service made the whole process easy and pleasant. I worked with Beau who understood my every need. He even gave me slippers due to the pain i was in while he worked out the details. I am greatful for being able to walk without a limp again.
