Windsor is a leading special occasion fashion brand with a great selection of fashionable and high-quality clothing, from prom and homecoming dresses to concert outfits and cargo pants. The store is very clean and organized. The staff is super helpful, friendly, and provides great customer service, hustling to accommodate everyone even when the store is packed. Prices are very reasonable. However, this location has a noted issue with sometimes closing earlier than the posted hours and does not answer its phone. Despite this, many customers express they love Windsor, consider it their go-to dress shop, and plan to return.

The store close at 8. But they absolutely close the fitting room at 7:30, I got into the store at 7. They didn’t even tell us about any last call for the fitting room or something like that. Terrible service.

The employees and manager were terrible… Yelling at me for going into the dressing room with my minor daughter? Very weird experience. We opted to leave and happily spent our money at Alter’d State instead.
