They took the time to get to know me and what I needed done and they did a beautiful job with my ring! And the cherry on top is it’s all done in house!! No worrying about your jewelry getting lost in the mail when it’s sent out for repair/sizing. It was done so efficiently and at high quality. The gallery was carrying a designer I had been interested in for a while, and Debbie arranged a facetime video with me to show me the pieces of the collection they were carrying. She showed showcased the items so beautifully, offered suggestions, and answered all my questions so that it was easier for me to decide which items I wanted. Debbie and her team followed up with an email, more pictures and details, and I was able to complete my purchase online easily. The whole process was fun, easy, and comfortable and I would love to work with their team again!”

“I visited this store with my adult daughter in July of 2023--the day the Barbie movie came out. My daughter was dressed for the occasion, and the store was also celebrating. We had a great experience. My daughter found earrings--gold with a pink stone--to match her outfit. The ladies who were working that day were so friendly and were so cheerful. It made our shopping experience so much fun. Best experience I've had in a Brighton store. It's been nearly 3 years, and I still think of it when my daughter wears the earrings. We had traveled from Alabama to Broomfield to visit friends. It was our first ever trip to Colorado. They helped make it memorable. I really hope to visit again one day, and I'll make sure to stop in Brighton while I'm there.”
