“I have had an Elevations account for many years, probably more than 10. It is by far my best banking experience in 40 years. While I use the Boulder branches because I work there, my favorite branch is this one in Longmont. The lobby is so inviting, and the staff are always friendly and far exceed expectations. I have found Elevations to be a great overall credit union and financial institution. I also love that you can get a mix of $10s, $20s, and $50s at their ATM machines for those times when you still need cash.”
“I just wanted to take a moment to send a big shout out to Cristyl Ghesquiere at the Longmont branch. She helped me set up a new account, and was so nice during the whole process. She treated me kindly on top of being extremely efficient. I wish I could deal or interact with her everyday.Also, there was a really nice and friendly teller at the Bel Mar branch with the Broncos shirt and cold necklaces. I didn’t catch her name but should have. Just a few minutes in her presence really put me in a great mood that carried throughout the day. Props to Bellco for just hiring good people.”

I only just discovered a significant mistake I had made about a month ago that affected nearly $1,000—not a scam, just an error on my part. I assumed it was unrecoverable. “Overall its a nicely run bank in a convenient location. The teller was very friendly and they helped me fix my issue in a timely manner and so I was happy it got resolved and grateful for their helpfulness. Sometimes the line here can be a bit long on busier days but overall hasn't been too bad. Will probably keep coming back here since it is continent location, nothing to complain about.”

“This is the first institution (of five locally) where the person we were assigned knew their institution's IRA CD process end to end. No mystery, no confusion, no 'lemme call Sally and ask'.... even making the appointment was easy. Now, we did not need teller services and cannot expand upon other reviewer's experience there, but if you need a real Banker then Bank of America warrants consideration.”
“I have been with Wells Fargo for transitions since I was 18, now I am 62. I have, for most of that time had a personal banker I could reach out to and rely on for whatever need, including credit cards and home lines of credit, a Trust account when my mom died, and investment. Currently I have Evans at the Southlands branch as my personal banker. Tough as 2020 was, and it's been rough for my small business, he was there for my personal and business financial needs. I have no complaints. Additionally, I like the ease of their availability when I am out of State as have never not been able to find a friendly branch to work with.”
