“Great gas station to stop at. People are friendly and impressionable. I wish they would make more hot food in the morning for us construction workers is my only complaint.”

“This is our go to gas station in Monument. With the Walmart app, you can save 10 cents on every fill up, and they are almost always the cheapest in town already. There are quite a few pumps and we rarely have to wait. I've never been inside, so can't comment on that. It's right across from Walmart and Home Depot so convenient when you're out shopping.”

“I just wanted to make a shout out to my absolute favorite employee of the Monument location Dez! Not only is she on top of her work duties but she is ALWAYS a complete sweetheart and makes sure to keep customers loyal to the brand! It’s Dez that honestly makes me choose to stop at this station rather than one of the many other places that are actually more convenient for me, but it’s the warm caring smile & her authentic great attitude and her willingness to take the time and care to make each and every visitor to the store feel like they were the most important part of her shift!!!! I think EVERY EMPLOYER NEEDS MORE PEOPLE LIKE DEZ & HER HUSBAND!!! Keep up the great work you 2 and as always I sure appreciate you guys & I continuously find myself looking forward to seeing them when I come into the store for cigarettes I implore anyone who reads us to drive the extra couple miles. Take the extra time and come into the store give them your business, because Dez is a great worker, and you won’t leave unhappy. !! I dread the idea of that BEAUTIFUL face not being in the other side of the counter when I go in….. but would be trying to hire them to enhance my business asap if this day comes around!! Lol ????????”

“Stopped into Maverik in Monument and was genuinely impressed—super clean, spacious and really well designed. It’s more than just a gas station, it actually feels inviting when you walk in. Mickayla was at the front door welcoming everyone with a big smile and great energy, seriously made the place feel warm. She even gave me a few awesome suggestions for local spots to check out! Cindy, the manager was also incredible and shared some great tips on places to explore nearby. Loved the vibe here definitely not your average stop.”

“I absolutely love the xxl cups. I really like this seven eleven because the CO2 for my Diet Coke is always really good but sometimes they do run out of cherry slushee for a few days or a week and the other flavors of slushee are honestly kinda of weird and gross.”

“Just went in to get a free Slurpee, unfortunately this location stopped doing the promotion at 7pm (no obvious signage) so that was unfortunate.

BUT watched a grown adult and his wife and kids try to fill large slurpee cups and sneak out the back door inevitably setting off the emergency door alarm. He then tried to exit the front and when the clerk called him out on it the man tried to argue with him and then feign ignorance that he had done anything wrong.

Good job on the clerk for keeping a level head and not backing down.”

“Just wanted to post some positive feedback here, especially for my fellow cross country travelers who would sooner pick the larger truck stops closer to the highway. 99 cent coffee, definitely open 24 hours, discounts on fuel which make an already cheaper diesel price even better just for joining their rewards, and attendants who believed more in kindness and safety then chasing you off property right after you fill up. Good experience.”

“What started as the biggest disappointment was made right by a great manager named Autumn . I'd like her to get credit for being such a good problem solver and handling the situation calmly and looking for solutions not escalating the problem. She did a wonderful job handling me as a very unhappy customer and today I'm willing to give this location a 5 star review on her behalf alone. Thank you for the great customer service. I hope she gets promoted . You need more employees like this in the world and better yet more managers that can follow this sort of conduct.”
