I came across Rebecca Nations, she was very nice, emailed me back right away, very helpful and kind. She sent me the tracking number and kept me informed. There's always a 50/50 chance of feeling did I get scammed or am I really getting the doll i bought. The box came in and it was exactly the doll I wanted. They don't pay me enough to keep up with today's society and prices, but they pay me at least more than I can get it 2nd & Charles. We come to this Carter’s a lot and it’s usually a pretty good experience. We came and spent $300 for fall clothes for my toddler and baby. Unfortunately, after washing one of the outfits I noticed a hole in it. It has never been worn so I tried to take it back. I was told that since it was washed they can’t take it back. The reason given was that if they were to resell it other kids might be allergic to the detergent we used however they said they wouldn’t resell it anyways because of the hole. I am so disappointed with Carters. Carter’s isn’t cheap I would hope the quality of their clothes could withstand being washed on gentle cycle once and that they would stand by their product and make it right. I won’t come back here again.”

“Very expensive but amazing looking items and very comfortable people are saying there's bad customer service that wasn't my experience and I don't know if the things about them wearing out quickly are true or not but we will see only reason I got anything was cus there whole store was half off and I think people are just being stupid these clothes aren't supposed to be for machine washing and drying that's how there made of course there wear out quick if you do what it says on the tag not to do if you buy something here just read the tag or take a Pic or smthn I had decent service not incredible but not bad at all had someone come and ask if we're finding everything ok or if we need help finding stuff that fits right great store but probably don't go unless they have a sale or your rich. (I got a great looking red jacket for 160 on sale for 80)”

“Ordered some fleece and bamboo jackets, was looking for a specific print that was made a while ago before I knew about the company. While watching one of their whatnot shows, they allowed me to do some personal shopping with Shannon and Tracy in order to see what they had left in that print. Shannon looked through everything, found the exact prints I was looking for and even in the sizes I was wanting to include a matching mama jacket for me. She then found some other similar prints and included a free pair of bingo sunglasses in my order for being patient with them (while they were doing ME the biggest favor!!). I’d be patient over and over again, this company is genuine and the people behind it truly care. Cannot say enough good things from what I have personally experienced with them.
