“Some shenanigans took place that had a possibility of compromising my account, and Vaishalli (really hope I spelled that correctly!) helped me out tremendously with all that. Mere weeks later, Bobby did a whole bunch of stuff that he, frankly, didn't need to do to help me out with a separate issue.I've been with BOK since they were CSBT, but have never left a review here. If these two are any indication of the rest of the folks here, I'm confident saying that you'd be okay with this BOK.”
“I tried to set up a small business checking account at another company’s bank and gave up after encountering multiple roadblocks, including a website that would not let me upload documents requested by the bank. I withdrew my application and went to BMO. Jennifer was courteous, friendly, and thorough. It was an involved process, but after an hour, I walked out with an opened account, temporary checks, and a debit card. Highly recommend!”

Mark was fantastic despite not being able to resolve the issue him self he walk me through everything and spoke to the card services. Not happy about bellco and the automatic teller system phone line but mark was fantastic and genuinely pleasant to be around”

“I’ve recently switched my business and personal accounts to Key Bank. While setting up a personal account the other day I brought my family in with me and the manager noticed right away there wasn’t a chair for my oldest son and brought one over immediately.
I get the sense that everyone that works here genuinely wants to serve their clients and I’ve never felt that in a bank before.”
“I'd had enough of Chase, no issues with the local branch just overall an uninspiring business relationship. I set up a few accounts with the CU to see how they are. I've had several interactions with their customer service department. Short hold times, helpful representatives, and you get the general impression they enjoy their jobs and want to help you. I've since closed all my other accounts and transferred all of my business to CUof CO.”

“Adrian chen is a very professional housing loan broker. I started consulting adrian in July of 19 and started to process my loan in October. They only took 2 months to move me into my new home. This is me For the first time buying a house, they were very fast, especially Adrian even answered any of my questions when he was not working. My family expressed his gratitude to him. You can see their branches everywhere in Colorado.
