“I’m on my 4th week at Parker Jazzercise and I love it! I have never done a group class workout and was very nervous the 1st day but upon walking in the door I was met with the nicest people ever! So welcoming and encouraging! Been working on trying the different class formats and instructors and they are all great and so fun. The hour flies by but time flies when you’re having fun 🤩”
“Been going to Orange Theory for 3 years now and I’m so glad the Parker location gets to be my main gym. The coaches are wonderful (shout out Malachi, Rachel, Evan) and the style of workouts are perfect for someone needing variety while also being told what to do. OTF is rewarding mentally and physically, the scheduled challenges are such a great way to track progress, the sense of community is refreshing, and the OTF staff takes the time to celebrate your wins/ milestones. It’s all around what everyone needs- health and happiness.”
“OTF Pine Bluffs is a great studio and Becky and has just raised the bar- with her energy and the great vibes she brings to every class. She always goes above and beyond putting extra information and effort into her classes! She just coached an 80’s themed 90 minute class and it was an awesome- cute decorations and GREAT MUSIC! Mad props to her and such a great addition to our studio!”
“Stacey gave me the BEST pedicure I’ve ever had. Better than what I’ve gotten at the Gaylord. For being a small spa the quiet atmosphere and amenities is fantastic. I’ll be using the facility more in the future.”

“I’m not usually someone that enjoys a class format in a gym but I wanted to give burn a try after feeling bored and stagnant at the gym. Wow! I thought I was in shape but burn has been a humbling experience in the best way. I’ve been going for 2 weeks now and have been sore on different parts of my body every day since I started (so you know they are doing something right!) I’m already hooked and always look forward to my classes.
The workouts are a challenging mix of weight and cardio and you will do workouts you would never do at home or at a regular gym. You will get an amazing workout in 45 minutes that will keep you focused on your goals instead doing a couple of crunches and then scrolling on your phone. The workouts are never the same (which I love!) and the trainers/environment are incredibly encouraging, supportive and motivating.
I convinced my very skeptical, macho husband to give it a try. He jokingly asked me if it was going to be “a bunch of women drumming sticks on balls” and let me tell you this man was so humbled that he now signed up with me! He goes just about every morning and feels like he is getting so much more out of his workouts than he was when he was going to his box gym.
Truly can’t say enough good things about Burn and cannot recommend them enough!!”

“I have tried different gyms around Parker but loved XSCrossFIT. Coach Alex starts you off which a 5 class on ramp program that helps you with the basics. Love the community and all the classes. All the works can be modified based on your level.”

“Planet Fitness is a great place to work out, when I first joined there were not alot of machines to work out on, but they remodel it sometime ago and now they have plenty of work out stations and stair machines, tread mills, stationary bikes, etc. Free weight area is awesome. They also have a Black Card membership plan that includes tanning booths, massage chair, and hydro water massage bed and lounge chair, and of course they have a locker room with showers and rest rooms. I use to belong to 24hr Fitness but my membership kept going up, but with Planet Fitness it doesn't. So for the money this is a great place to workout. The staff is very helpful and friendly.”
“Love this place. Got a massage here recently and it was absolutely fantastic. They offer different scented lotions you can add to your massage if you want. In addition they have great facilities and amenities overall. Lots of complimentary classes and a huge variety of work out equipment, a huge pool, hotub, cold dive, waterslides, a full spa with great staff, sauna, and steam room. It has a pickleball league and classes, basketball court, and a rock climbing wall.”
“Rick and Conner wow, they’re for phenomenal gentlemen they got me set up gave me to her. I really appreciate their professionalism and their courtesy. Highly recommend if you get the opportunity to work with these gentlemen, take it.”
“I mainly join the strength-focused classes at F45, and I feel far more effective results compared to when I was training on my own. There are different classes every day and everything is reservation-based, but so far I’ve never had trouble booking a spot. The classes I attend usually have about 15–20 people. We go through 9 stations, 4 rounds each, for a total of 45 minutes (hence the name F45).
The workouts are divided into upper and lower body, so you can choose which area to focus on. For example, upper body twice, lower body twice, etc.
There are always two coaches guiding the class. They’re friendly, proactive, and always willing to help or adjust your form. The music in the studio creates great energy and keeps you motivated. The space is smaller than Anytime Fitness, but it’s more than enough for functional training and well organized.
I’ve been going for two months. After COVID, I lost all my strength and couldn’t do a single pull-up. After just two months here, I can do pull-ups again — although only about a few pull-ups so far, but it’s a huge personal win and I’m excited to keep improving.
Not really a complaint, but the website didn’t clearly explain the class types, so I had no idea what to expect. On my first day I booked a class called “HYROX STRONG,” which turned out to be too intense for beginners. Thankfully, the coaches explained everything via text and helped me switch to a different class before joining.
Overall, this is a well-balanced gym with coaching, community, and real results. Whether you’re a beginner or getting back into shape, I highly recommend it.”
