Great feed quality, price, and variety. Fun colors of feed scoops and waterers. A gift shop with a silly-sock wall. They loaded the feed for me. Highly recommend!

1355 R Street, PenroseThis is the only place we will take our pets. The area is clean and safe, and the staff take excellent care of the animals.
For dogs, their kennels are a good size, clean, with an area for them to be outside as needed. All areas are fenced in and the animals are kept separated so that you don't have to worry about them. Our dogs were able to share a kennel so they weren't alone. Additionally, they can get time outside to run and play, or get baths before you pick them up.
Similar to the dogs, the cats are kept separated from each other and from the dogs. Their room is quiet, even when the dogs are barking. Our cats were also able to share a space, but could be separated as needed.
Medication can be administered as required, but there are requirements. If you have questions about medication, accommodation, or anything else, I recommend giving them a call.

1215 Apple Lane, PenroseAs someone who didn't drink wine before, I thought a winery would be a bit awkward for me. Not here. The atmosphere is very easy. Bugling ember or Sweet Red would be my suggestions for wine although all are good. The charcuterie boards are awesome too.

Brush Hollow Winery
465 D Street, PenroseWe decided to make a last minute stop here and it did not disappoint! The wines were great (loved the peachcato and pear apple). All of the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We got their daily special pizza and it was AMAZING. Definitely worth the stop.

675 CO-115, PenroseRuben sandwich with a side salad, chips, and a large drink for $18! Place was packed but I received my food pretty quick. Great patio with shade for most tables.
Picked up a half bushel of freshly roasted green chilies while I was there.
