Brush Hollow Winery
465 D Street, PenroseWe visited with my wife's aunt and uncle who are from the area. We walked in and found a table for the 4 of us and watched as the staff busily tended to their customers. We were given food & wine menus and we each chose a wine flight and shared a hummus plate. The wines covered the sweet to dry spectrum quite well, and the hummus plate was more than enough for the 4 of us. The head chef/co-owner created the spectacular tasting meal with herbs and flavored olive oil, the likes that we've never had. We left with several bottles of wine to share and a couple of bottles of flavored oils. Those are for us!
This was a very nice experience for us all, and is highly recommended.
