When I came in, they immediately recognized my call and were ready to help. The store has a great selection of high-quality dog food ingredients and supplies. I got Lix CBD oil (500mg) and Polkadog cod skin treats, both fairly priced..my dog definitely loves the cod skin treats. They also explained their rewards program and made sure I could get updates on future stock.

She's very responsive and accommodating. My two elderly Chihuahuas needed a nail trim.
Jenna was fantastic! So patient, gentle, and comforting while trimming the nails of my nervous rescue/former stray pup. When handled by new people, he can be very anxious and dramatic (and even try to snap even though he got like 4 teeth left ?). Yet shortly after his nail trim, he was wagging his tail and already acting comfortable with Jenna. My other chihuahua actually enjoys nail trims.
Jenna did such an amazing job grinding nails for both of my pups: nice, clean, short length, no split nails or any pieces hanging.
She is SO good at what she does that I immediately booked our next appointment for 5 weeks from now.
We found our groomer, and we are not going anywhere else. Jenna genuinely cares, loves her profession, and does an excellent job.

Recently moved to the area and this is the vet my sister reccomended after they were amazing with her very spicy old lady Tabatha. Ramen Noodle was not acting right.They squeezed him in for imaging but told me if he needed surgery they wouldn't have time and would refer out. After seeing his xrays and seeing that he needed emergency surgery they found a way to fit him in and prepped him immediately. Things were worse than it seemed once they were in surgery and they called to update me mid surgery and update me about price increasing from the risk increasing. What happened to my boy is incredibly rare but they stepped up to fix him. They sacrificed the breaks in their schedule to save my boys life because they saw he needed it. They care. They were very communicative and honest about prices and options up front and I appreciate that. I'm so grateful that my spicy little man is still next to me. He's very mad about his long recovery but I'm glad hes acting himself again. This is definitely where my 3 babies will be going now. Thank you Dr Hovanetz and thank you Carefree Cats!

It is so nice that only after like two months we're seeing a lot of progress. We were really limited as far as where we could walk or bring our dog, and I wish we would've tried this place out sooner. Jai is informative, he explains things clearly, he wasn't afraid of my dog, and he was good at trouble shooting my dog's atypical behavior. The most helpful thing is he shows you what to do, then has you practice it so he can explain if you need to tweak it. All the staff have been friendly and professional. If you are on the fence, this is a great place to take your dog. I know dog training can be pricey, but it is so worth it to work with people who know dogs, and to have a dog that behaves well. I'm way less stressed, I get to enjoy my dog more, and he's slowly getting to enjoy life with us more too.

It has been about 3 weeks now having him back and he is a completely different dog in the best way possible. We are able to go on walks with a stroller and have complete control and confidence with him while walking. He also does amazing with “place” and being put away while we are eating. He used to hide under a bed for 10-15 mins to not go in his crate and now he goes in with one simply command. I will always recommend this training facility and especially our trainer!!

They do a GREAT job with my dogs (Samoyed & Akita), I always get so many compliments on their coats after an appointment. They also have very reasonable prices for large long haired breeds, before I found them I was paying almost double to get them both groomed. My Akita has lupus and can sometimes get scabs in her ears and nose amongst other things and they are always very attentive and inform me of anything they notice and have even sent me home with some creams to help with the dryness.
Additionally, the staff is just amazing. I am a pretty scatterbrained and chaotic person, and have a really hard time keeping up with my dogs' grooming. I have brought them in in pretty rough shape too many times and they have never been rude or judgmental about it. i'm sure I've been a pain to deal with in terms of rescheduling and cancelling appointments all the time but they have always been so kind and gracious to me despite all my chaos lol.
Could not recommend them enough, I am so grateful for this place!!

We had an amazing experience with Diana! She worked with our Bernese Mountain Dog, Winston, during a two-week board and train in April, and the results were incredible. He now walks calmly on a loose leash, knows how to self-soothe by going to his place, and responds to commands like “leave it” and “quiet.” We’re communicating so much better with him thanks to her.
Diana’s positive reinforcement approach and incredible patience made all the difference. She took the time to get to know both Winston and us, and her daily updates (with photos!) kept us totally in the loop. I can’t recommend her enough—if you’re looking for a knowledgeable, caring trainer, Diana is the one!

A lot of dogs were present (more than I would have expected in a single space) but one particular employee made sure she was interacting with each and every dog throughout her time with them. She was seen petting one dog and then moving onto the next. There was no favoritism shown while she was in the enclosure with the dogs. I was able to see that my dog was content and able to both play and relax.
The clean up was quick and effective and I was pleased that every time I looked in on my dog, I was able to find her either inside or outside not out of view in a crate.

I have animals of my own and a young kiddo and we were stressed, bereaved, and not knowing how to handle anything. They helped me get Abraham all situated and up to date with vaccines, and got him into an amazingly loving foster home and updated me along the whole way ensuring I knew he was being loved already. They use positive reinforcement and as you go through different classes that build upon each other, you learn additional skills and ways to teach your dogs new things beyond just luring to get desired behaviors.
