“Nice store. Friendly staff. The lady who waited on us was super helpful, going to the back 3 times to help me find coveralls. Unfortunately we weren't able to find what we were looking for. But all the staff met my eyes and smiled when doing so. The floors were clean, but crowded. Too much crammed in a small space. But did I mention I love the smell of leather.”

“An employee, Christy, was so pleasant and helpful. She was the only cashier for a while, the line was backed up because I needed a refund & we were waiting for a manager. He was busy also. Her professionalism was remarkable. She called for another cashier, calmly told everyone she would be right with them, and made sure everyone that was waiting was greeted. She was helping customers while we were waiting for the cashier and manager. Christy is the prime example of what customer service is all about. Thank you, Christy!”

“A big corporation like Khols is a wonder place to shop when you step through that door you feel like you have walked into a time portal because of all the love and attention you receive when you walk in I'll support this corporation until the day I die and if you have a problem or something arises you may need to take a closer look at yourself and how you could of handle the situation better because everyone I've met a kohls is absolutely marvelous and the customer service is 20-star rating in my book so go and enjoy the great atmosphere and feel all the love that kohls do every day for every one you get treated fairly and most of all equally they really only see one race the human race if anyone would love to follow me and help out check out my Amazon wish list and support me as I go around doing reviews for different companies I've also a secret shopper so always be professional”
“Such a lovely store. Beautifully merchandised, super clean and comfortable. Great, friendly staff and gorgeous clothes at a reasonable price - a great sale going on too while we were there. We bought a lovely, soft scarf and they wrapped it for free. A 10/10 experience and we will be back.”
