I am already beyond impressed with the exceptional level of service from the New Sheridan Hotel in Telluride — and I haven’t even arrived yet! From the moment I made my reservation, the team has gone above and beyond to ensure every detail of my stay is perfect.
I had the pleasure of speaking with Sara (or Sarah) who was absolutely excellent in noting my specific preferences (including hypoallergenic bedding and even arranging for a tea kettle!). Her friendly, thoughtful approach has made me feel genuinely excited and cared for as I look forward to my upcoming visit.”

“For us, this was a rare foray into high-end luxury stays. Sometimes that can be intimidating for newcomers to the sphere. We've definitely felt that discomfort elsewhere, even here in Telluride.

Not here. We were greeted warmly by the manager, put at instant ease by her. All our silly questions and concerns were graciously addressed. Likewise the rest of the staff - to a person - showed us the same comforting hospitality. Our suite was spacious, quiet, luxury-filled, and exquisitely decorated and furnished. The views from the two generous balconies were stunning. Not facing the ski slopes, which suited us much better.

This was a memorable stay.

Walkability: Situated in Mountain Village which has a small amount of amenities. Telluride is a scenic gondola ride over a mountain ridge. Even a trip to the market for groceries entails a gondola ride - a unique experience.”

“We have stayed at the Madeline a couple of times and throughly enjoyed. Unfortunately the price point has become outrageous enough that we don’t stay anymore. But we do come for the day & get a massage & then enjoy the gorgeous pool which is one of my favorites anywhere. The beauty is unmatched and we love to pamper ourselves with the comfy lounge chairs - a bevie and great service.”

“Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. This place is also dog friendly and they gave us a nice little treat bag when we checked in. Location is walking distance to everything and the prices were reasonable. Definitely coming back.”

“Location is not only beautiful but convenient. The rooms were updated and the restaurant on site was the best of our trip. Jets on the tubs are out & parking is valet only; needs a little work. Everyone was friendly and the shuttle was convenient. There is a heated pool, hot tub, and lockers with keys.Safety: Extremely safe, pet-friendly and quiet after a certain time.”
