“Bill is amazing!! I brought my receiver to him just before closing after finding a last-ditch YouTube video on how to fix my system after a power surge at my home caused internal problems. It would requie taking the system apart and shorting 2 solder pads together, which I would have never found by myself (have you seen how tiny the connections are inside one of these things?!). He stopped what he was doing and helped me fix my system! If any of you need any electronics fixed, this is the guy. He's had this place since the 1980s. Also, I chose to take my receiver to him based on all his awesome reviews here. They were right!”
“I have to admit that I was very skeptical at first. After taking my 2011 Ford F-350 to the Ford Dealership to see why the factory remote start did not work right and pointed out the key fobs might be bad, they had the unit for three days and then said they had to order key fobs, I then got my truck and took it to my local Batteries Plus and the clerk was great, I got two new Fobs and the programming and an hour later everything worked perfect! I was very impressed and satisfied.”
