“I will be completely honest, not the greatest service as I ordered my tires came into my original appointment and the guy that helped me at the counter said my tires were not in yet and I should have gotten a phone call when my tires came in, which did not happen. My tires were back ordered. I then had to call myself to see if they finally came in to get my new appointment scheduled a week later. So they lack in the communication department BUT I would like to give a shout out to Jason as he was very apologetic when I came in for my second appointment and heard how much of a process this had been for me. He also made sure I still received the discounted rate for the tires I chose. He was the one who originally set me up with the tires and suggested the tires I should purchase and I will say I am SUPER happy with how they look and drive on my car. Price for the tires were almost $700 cheaper at Costco then Big O quote I received. So overall, it can be a process getting tires here but all things considered I feel like I got set up with the best $$$ and tires for my car so at the end of the day I am happy. Thank you Jason for all your help along the way!”
“Just want to give a huge shout-out to the crew at Big Deal Wheel and Tire! We traveled over the mountain in August to watch our daughter play in a high school softball tournament. Even though we had just bought brand-new tires, we ran over something on the road and it damaged the sidewall, making the tire unrepairable.
We struggled to find a replacement in that size, but the guys at Big Deal Tire came through. They tracked one down quickly, got it on, and had us back on the road in no time flat. Their service was fast, friendly, and honest.

“His name is Steve! I had what should've been a simple fic at Aamco of Cheyenne. They had my car 5 weeks and they couldn't figure it out. Had my car towed to ASR 50 miles away. Right away Steve (I just call him Mr. Wizard) got the diagnostic right. Ordered the part, then installed and programmed it in one day.
They should name a street after Steve...maybe even a book in the Bible named after Steve. ASR saved my life and the entire th I ng was covered under CARHOP warrantee. Dont waste your time anywhere else. ?”

The dealership quoted me over $3000 and days in the shop for the fix. I called C & T Tire based on a very strong recommendation from some friends. Worked with Chris, who was awesome. He got my vehicle in that day, explained exactly what he thought the issue was and what my options were. Zero pressure. He had the vehicle back to me next day (only because I couldn't pick it up that same night because of my schedule!) and charged me a fraction of what the dealership wanted to charge me. All problems with the vehicle were fixed. They've won my business for all car related issues going forward. Honest folks doing honest work, and doing it extremely well!”

“Pike Auto is the place to go when you need something done. I have had them service multiple work vans and have done thousands of dollars in repairs and replacements with them. Each time, they have provided excellent service, honest diagnostics, and very fair pricing. In the auto industry, you hear all too often about mechanics taking advantage of people, but Pike does not take advantage of anyone. They have been very upfront about costs, needed work, and have taken the time to advise me of what options are available when looking at repairs/replacements. They are not the cheapest on the block, but you get what you pay for, and they are worth every penny they charge for what they do. They are extremely quick, and will take very good care of your vehicles. I have been very pleased with all of the work that I have had done, from minor brake replacements, to full transmission replacements, and from electrical issues, to tire rotations. My company and myself will continue to use Pike for all our vehicle needs.”
“Had two tires replaced, and got a faulty tire sensor notification. I brought it back in the next time I was free and they were very helpful and talked me through the process and explained the replacement part and instillation would of course be free if they broke the old sensor which ended up being the case. I was grateful to have a sense as soon as the alarm came on that this tire shop in particular would handle it fairly. Fast professional and fairly priced. (a little more than ebay and your cousin with a car ramp, but its a business- you get what you pay for) Nick was very helpful and professional.”

Well, I was presently surprised their flat repair is free, can’t beat that. Do I complain it was a painfully slow turnaround time that I would have paid to have done faster? Regardless, they got me back on the road safely which is what matters.”
