Our niece just got married over the weekend. There was some difficulty with her dress that she purchased at another store. And we brought the dress to Party Cloz. Jessica added chiffon straps to match the dress and took it in in areas where the dress was loose.What an amazing job jessica did on the spur of the moment in time for our niece's wedding. The dress was absolutely beautiful with Jessica's touch
I love love this store.They are amazing. If you need beautiful dresses or alterations. Or even dresses for communions. They have everything and go above and beyond to help you.

The staff assisted us with sizes, made recommendations, and went above and beyond to help my sister, who has extreme difficulty walking. She was visiting from out of town and forgot her walker...but she didn't need to get more sizes on her own. The wonderful staff did everything to make the experience a positive one for her! “Tiffany the manager is always so friendly and helpful. She's got such a positive attitude and is a breath of fresh air in a mostly humdrum retail atmosphere. She remembered details about me when I had only previously shopped once with her. She is so upbeat and pleasant it was actually a joy to shop in person! She was very caring and had quite the attention to detail. Upper management should take note and hire more employees like her!”

“I went to the Macy's on 14535 Delaware Street Westminster CO and had an amazing experience. Kristine and Eva helped me in the women's clothing department. I believe it was Kristine who helped me find what I was looking for. I was looking for jeans, a specific brand. I was looking for Gloria Vanderbilt. I had bought a pair years ago and absolutely loved them. I have not been able to find them since. I was looking around and the sales associate asked me if she could help me. I told her what I was looking for and she said oh yes we have a whole section now and they are on sale. She took me over and showed me where they were located and was extemely helpful. When I checked out she asked for my phone number so that it would go to my rewards account. It has been a long time since I shopped at Macys and had forgotten all about the Star Rewards program. She was also very friendly, knowledgable, helpful, professional and nice. I ended up buying several pairs of jeans as there was such a good varity to choose from and the sale prices were fantastic. It was such a nice experience as many sales associates anymore are rude, unhelpful and well just very unprofessional. I will return to this Macy'a again because of Kristine and Eva. It was a pleasurable experience. I then went to the beauty products to look for Clinique. It had been a long time since I have purchased Clinique. Tiffani helped me. She was extremely helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable, and friendly. She asked me what I was looking for and I told her. She took me over to where the products were and was going to have someone who as at that counter help me. I told her I would rather have her help me because she was so nice and helpful. She then showed me the different packages that were available and explained what each one contained, what skin type they were for, the prices of each, etc. Again it was a very pleasant experience and I really enjoyed conversing with Tiffany as she is such a terrific sales associate. She also asked for my phone number when she checked me out. Again I will return to this Macy's because of Tiffany. These sales associates should all be reward for the outstanding jobs they do. Thank you Kristine, Eva and Tiffany.”

I didn’t catch her name but the cashier who helped me helped get me registered with an old navy account so I could save a little money. “I'm leaving this review in defense of an employee who I watched be verbally abused by an apparently-regular customer today. I'm angry with myself for not realizing what was happening while the customer was still there so I could intervene, and shocked the owner/manager lets her keep coming back.
I'm so sorry, Mariana. You were incredibly calm, patient and respectful while that horrible woman berated you. You and your colleagues deserve better, I hope your manager does the right thing and tells her never to return.”
