I came across Rebecca Nations, she was very nice, emailed me back right away, very helpful and kind. She sent me the tracking number and kept me informed. There's always a 50/50 chance of feeling did I get scammed or am I really getting the doll i bought. The box came in and it was exactly the doll I wanted. Since this is my first time buying, I would definitely ask for more photos in a different light, but other than that I'm very happy. I'm looking forward to purchasing again. “In a time when customer service is at an all time low and I dread to go into stores, I went to the Old Navy in Lakewood. This store had a huge selection but that’s not it! The customer service was TOP NOTCH! I was helped by Isa & Kathleen and they really helped me out! “A little history here first off, before Old Navy came into being this location was a Radio Shack warehouse store during the 90s which only lasted for a year and a half then shut down. After Radio Shack went defunct then another clothing store moved in, but they too didn't last long. The building stayed vacant for at least a year before Old Navy moved in. With that said.
I had only been to this store a few times to shop for cheap clothing. Was never impressed with their offerings, and the employees were hit or miss in terms of professionalism and candor. Since moving to Minnesota in 2019 have found the Old Navy store in the Twin Cities Premium Outlet Mall in Eagan, MN to be far superior than this store.”

“As a 90s kid, Gap holds a special place in my heart. My wife needed some "basics" for an upcoming trip. I suggested we roll down to our neighborhood Gap. It was a great choice! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was like I was dropping $50k in Neiman Marcus! My wife found a bunch of plain items for her trip. 10/10 Gap!
You can hate on Gap as much as you want. But Gap is way better (and cheaper) than any Instagram fast-fashion brand. This day in age, I'd rather support Gap than Amazon/Instagram cash-grab campaigns.”
“I stopped in while holiday shopping with my family today, and had the best experience of the day. I’d had some less than stellar experiences at the previous stores, but Bemi totally saved the day. I wasn’t having any luck with what my stepmom had pulled, so she went and pulled her favorites for me. (Loved them!!) She made me feel so welcome and never hesitated to help us with sizes or colors. “Ordered some fleece and bamboo jackets, was looking for a specific print that was made a while ago before I knew about the company. While watching one of their whatnot shows, they allowed me to do some personal shopping with Shannon and Tracy in order to see what they had left in that print. Shannon looked through everything, found the exact prints I was looking for and even in the sizes I was wanting to include a matching mama jacket for me. She then found some other similar prints and included a free pair of bingo sunglasses in my order for being patient with them (while they were doing ME the biggest favor!!). I’d be patient over and over again, this company is genuine and the people behind it truly care. Cannot say enough good things from what I have personally experienced with them. “I am a consigner here. I don't have a lot of my kids clothes and baby things left but I do consign my stuffed toys here (things for older kids more like 3 to 4 years old). They don't pay me enough to keep up with today's society and prices, but they pay me at least more than I can get it 2nd & Charles. If only people bought more from the store and maybe paid the owner more for her product consigners there would be happy to.”
