These guys could have charged me $230 out of my own failure to check my glass and instead they were honest showed me my mistake. Its so rare to find such honesty and integrity in business these days. “Amazing service! This place is honestly one of the best repair shops around. I went in for iPhone repair and they fixed my screen quickly and at a very fair price. Later I also brought my iPad repair here and the quality of work was top-notch.
They also helped my cousin with Xbox HDMI repair, and everything worked perfectly after the fix. I’ve seen them do PS5 HDMI repair as well, and the technicians clearly know what they’re doing. Very professional, friendly, and honest people.

“I had to leave a voice message when I called at 10:20 am. I received a call back within minutes to address my inquiry. I had a late model speaker in need reconing. I was offered a quote and dropped speaker off the same day. I even pre‐paid a large portion of the services in advance. It will take a couple of weeks to repair the speak, and I anxiously await the call call back to come pick it up. More to come.”
“I took my iPod in to replace the battery and possible the cracked screen. I left after giving a $50. down payment. I received a call telling me they could not replace the battery of screen themselves and would have to send it out. I then asked if they could transfer some of the info I had on the old ipod into another iPod I had. They say yes and returned to the store with the new iPod. when I returned, they said they were not able to do a transfer yet not refund get $50.
OK, first off, I will never return, but more importantly, to recognize that not returning my $50. is more important than doing the right thing. With a business practice like that, I hope a business like yours does not flourish because we don't need service like that in Denver.”

“Mike literally amazed me ... I could not find anyone in the Denver Metro area who would even attempt to repair my blown NAD integrated amp. Mike took it on, diagnosed the failure, correctly identified the failed component and then was able to identify and source a replacement chip from a third party manufacturer and repaired the amp ... all without the benefit of schematics, trouble shooting documentation or access to OEM components. As an MIT-trained electronics engineer, I can attest to the expertise and savvy required - I certainly would not attempt it. The estimation fee and final pricing were both extremely reasonable and far less than the manufacturer' s service center would have likely have charged. Plus Mike dependably provided updates throughout the process and was, overall, a pleasure to work with.”
“The kind of place that used to be everywhere and is now hard to find. $25 feet to see what the problem is. Total cost was $41. Simple repair that kept another TV out of a landfill. While I was in the shop, the owner told another person that it would be cheaper to buy a new TV than to replace a damaged screen. I love that kind of sage honesty. Well worth $25 to get an honest assessment of you electronics problem.”
“Dana has been fixing our family's computers for over 20 years. And since we are a family of seven (7), we have had a LOT of computers (cars too, haha). His cheeriness and willingness to actually LISTEN is refreshing in this day and age of bland, gray, unhelpful customer service. Even if you don't live in Parker you should bring ALL your computer problems to Daktronix. Your problems will end there.”

“I have to admit that I was very skeptical at first. After taking my 2011 Ford F-350 to the Ford Dealership to see why the factory remote start did not work right and pointed out the key fobs might be bad, they had the unit for three days and then said they had to order key fobs, I then got my truck and took it to my local Batteries Plus and the clerk was great, I got two new Fobs and the programming and an hour later everything worked perfect! I was very impressed and satisfied.”

“Been going to this place for years have always been awesome. Dealing with the people that work there are awesome . It’s a family run company and they are fast , and very knowledgeable about what they do. . customer service is great and they usually are really reasonable , As far as pricing goes. The guy that owns the place is awesome. I’m literally been going through these guys forever anything you need help with . Been recommencing these guys forever . I especially go there for my Apple products and they’re also very good about any other kind of device you have might have issues with. But my advice to anyone who needs help with any kind of Apple products definitely this is my number one place to go, I resell laptops and phones so if I can’t fix it I go to them .”
“I was skeptical at first due to other reviews. I’m a big fan of reduce, reuse and recycle, so I really wanted to fix my TV and not replace it with a new one. I have a 3 yo Samsung LED and it simply stopped powering on. I called the A1 number and spoke with Coach, and he quickly walked me through how to reset my TV to see if I could avoid needing additional work done. My TV was still not working so we scheduled a drop off for the following morning. Drop off was quick and easy. Later that afternoon I got a text letting me know my TV was working and that it could be picked up. Drop off to pick up in 24 hrs and now a functioning TV is why I’m giving 5 stars. Repairing the TV cost me 1/5 of what it would cost to buy a brand new one. I’m very happy with the service I received, and I’m glad I won’t miss the Broncos game this weekend because of the speed of the repairs.”

He arrived on time and inspected my wash machine. It turned out that there was nothing wrong, but his inspection gave me great peace of mind.”
