They’re friendly and chatty, but never at the expense of keeping the line moving. They’re typically short handed so they might be busy from time to time, but they always do their best to keep things efficient.”

I had three international packages sent at the Bear Valley post office and all were sent back to me.They were unable to refund or help me .They sent me to another post office Englewood who took care of it right away . Unfortunately they couldn't refund as it should have been done by Bear Valley.I'am greatful for their help!”
“I always love coming to this post office. My post office closes at 4:30 so it’s easy zip over to make it there by the 5 o’clock closing time. The clerk at the counter is always accommodating when it comes to scanning my QR codes and sometimes I have a lot. I happen to notice the comment below saying there is no one at the counter after 3:30. I am pretty sure there’s only one clerk working there at a time and sometimes is working in the back as well as trying to cover the front counter.There is a cowbell that sits right up at the front, just ring and they come right up. These guys are great just don’t forget to ring the bell if you go in and no one’s upfront!”

2nd: I find mailing most packages from here very easy.
Staff helped me find the sweet spot in cost, regarding shipping weight & size, for boxes from CO to Maine: under 19x19x19 & under 22lbs.

“Chris was incredibly efficient working alone but helping people out within just a minute of them arriving. I had some documents to fill out. He was super patient and helped me through the process. While I was filling things out, he assisted 4-5 people until I was ready. He has a great attitude, which is just the cherry on top :)”

“I guess I may be bias since the last two reviews want to smear my name, one I don’t open packages I have no desire steal any items, I place them carefully into our equipment what they do on the other side is on them, two I don’t physically carry mail so for the posters to take longer then the person expects maybe don’t pay for ground the cheapest way to get them there. I work hard to provide amazing customer service if your going to try to sully my name please come with actual facts not gripes that are not my fault…never wake a sleeping panda.”
“Small local post office very helpful with any postal needs you may have. I have a PO box there and my mail is always handled with care. It is a older shop but it's comfortable and works well for all the basic postal needs.”
“Superb experience signing up for a USPO Box this week. The welcoming, professional, and quite patient staff member easily answered my questions as I initially stopped by the ask some clarifying questions as well as when I stopped by to complete the process (after then completing a required registration online). I was never rushed, and really felt welcomed to my new neighborhood.”
“Walked in today and noticed a lot of frustrated customers. All the workers were doing everything they could to help everyone even with folks being very rude and condescending. “Have to dab up the staff here. They're consistently helpful and tolerant of my own young children's often intolerable behavior while trying to help me and other patrons. Today, I came in at 5:28, 2 minutes to close ,and a friendly clerk, DJ, helped me with return. He walked me through using a QR code scanner at the kiosk like I was not a total ape. In other words, he was very calm and collected at the end of the day. I ran back in to get a single stamp at the end of the day and he didn't even charge me. USPS service is alive and well at this location.”
“I usually dislike going to USPS because it always feels stressful and time consuming, but this experience completely changed my mind. Linda took the time to personally show me how the kiosk worked and walked me through the entire process step by step. She was patient, professional, and made everything incredibly easy. I was honestly in total shock at how smooth and fast everything went. Huge thanks to Linda for making what I thought would be a frustrating trip such an easy experience!”

“I think the reviews here are a lot worse than they need to be. This is my local post office and every time I’ve gone in person or called, is was a normal/efficient experience and the employees were kind. It’s just a regular post office.”
“Had an appointment today for a passport and photos and, honestly, I was dreading it. The wait. The process. All of it.
I showed up about 25 minutes early and somehow got called back a few minutes before my appointment. And honestly? Aside from this old post office building being a little warm inside, the experience was amazing.
You know why? Ernest in the passport office. That guy is amazing. Super friendly, super efficient, and he plays great music back there too.
My appointment was scheduled at 11:45. I’m sitting in my car finishing this review at 11:49.

“Thank goodness their 24-hour kiosks are actually accessible. This is the 3rd USPS stop, 16 miles, 2 hours of drive time. I would give 5 stars, but like anything Denver, you have to park a hike away to not have to pay for parking. I lucked out with only a 7 minute walk one way. I really do appreciate that the kiosk was available and working.”

“First and foremost I want to start with how certain places can feel intimidating when walking into. As someone who works in customer service I always belive that you do your job right when you as the employee connect with the customers. Today I went in with questions that needed answers, and I walked out teary eyed instead(in an amazing way). The employees here were so kindhearted and went the extra mile. Not only did they connect with me as a person, but they took the time to listen to me. One of the female employees was nothing but a gem, a complete sweetheart. She was ready to give her 100% to the customer in any way possible. I am so grateful for her helping me today and this post office must be so grateful to have a kindhearted person like her on the staff!”

“A lot of these reviews appear to do with lost packages or issues that have nothing to do with this post office location specifically. As someone who actually went to this location to mail a certified letter, I had a great time. Well, as great of a time as visiting a post office can be. I rarely mail anything but the person who helped me was kind and able to help me rather quickly too. Now if that letter gets lost in the mail later on, it sucks but it’s certainly not this post office’s fault.”
