My most recent issue today was even resolved outside of normal business hours. The gentleman called me back and I had my package in hand by 5:47pm. I had three international packages sent at the Bear Valley post office and all were sent back to me.They were unable to refund or help me .They sent me to another post office Englewood who took care of it right away . “I've always had great a great experience at this post office. The post office in general gets a hard time. Whether I'm getting stamps, mailing a package, getting a money order or anything else - the staff are always helpful.Today, I visited because the key to a package locker jammed and I couldn't retrieve the package. I went to the post office in person to ask for assistance. They took down the location details and said someone would check on it. I figured it'd take a while for them to get to it. By the time I'd driven back to the location there was already someone their unlocking it and I got my package. Couldn't ask for better service than that!”

Phil was awesome—he helped me ship an international package and he even cut the box for me to make sure it was the correct size and then taped it up and everything. He was super thorough and knew his stuff!! Going to the post office can be a headache but this place was so friendly, I really appreciated it!! I definitely recommend coming to this location.”

“Just had a seamless experience completing my passport application. They took me early, happily corrected a couple of my errors, and took a fine picture.Generally, I prefer this PO to the one in Northglenn, which gets claustrophobic when busy, and the line literally goes out the door. The only delays I have experienced here are usually eBay sellers trying to tell the Post Office what the postage is supposed to be, according to eBay.Overall great place with awesome service.”

I’ve been going there for 30 years, and can’t think of a single instance where I was treated with anything other than kindness and respect. “I used this post office maybe 3 times during my stay in the area from 1997 - 2019. There were times when the Welshire Postal station on Evans Ave was closed and used this location. It is a small office with hit or miss service. Some employees are great, then some employees were brought in from other stations that filled for those that took time off hence the hit or miss part. Can't complain much as they do the best for what they have to deal with especially with that idiot LeJoy in D.C. running the Postal system into the ground!”

“This has got to be my favorite Post Office I've ever been to! I love walking in and seeing a line of angry people held up by one elderly woman at the counter trying to write a check to ihop without her glasses on. All while the person working at the counter blankly stares into an oblivion. I love the front door that doesn't quite shut all the way. I love the dusty glass case that no one's touched in 15 years that's full of digital package scales and calculators for sale that partially bottle necks the lobby. I love when the occasional worker barrels out of the back to yell at everyone to get in line while everyones already in line. I love hearing the guy in front of me have a full volume Facetime call with his girlfriend. I mean, what's not to love about this place?”

“This place has some of the kindest employees. Yesterday I got a call from a woman (can't remember her name, will ask and update) telling me she had my mail and that there must have been a miscommunication because we just moved here. She told me that while they were closed "here is the address and the time we open" and was so kind. We actually laughed and talked about the weather not being able to make up its mind, she was so so awesome and made some suggestions about how to ensure the carriers knew that it was okay to leave my mail at my house! “I haven’t received any of my mail and I’ve lived at the same address for 5 months now. The mail person keeps taking my name off my mailbox and returning everything to sender. Edit: Originally gave them one star but I finally talked to someone and they found my most recent packages and got the issue fixed and my packages delivered to my mailbox the same day. I really wish I got the girls name that I talked to because she was amazing! Thanks!”
