“Great location on I-25. We came into town for a concert and it was 3-5 minute walk to the Blue Federsl CU venue. Perfect!
Hotel is an open concept atrium style. It is beautiful if getting little bit dated. Large clean, quiet rooms with extra TV in the sitting room. Very nice.
Great breakfast with fresh made omelets, eggs, and pancakes. As well as other buffet style options. Love the convenience of a good breakfast and to be on our way.
Big negative - even though you are a paying customer, you have to use QR code and log in to a separate site and pay additional $15 to park in their lot. That is an underhanded upcharge.
Overall. It is little more than some of other options but worth the money for comfort, convenience and style.
** Response to owner comment- A $15 charge to park would be agreeable as long as it is disclosed in advance. That gives the guest a choice. It should not be a charge added as a surprise at check in.”

“Lovely, safe, clean, wonderful staff. I stayed while a family member was in MCR. They had gluten free bagels at the breakfast. The housekeeping staff was so wonderful and even took one of my blankets and pillows to make my room feel more like home?❤️”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this location. Everyone who works here is super friendly and helpful! Shout out to Frankie and Christine at the front desk, both were so amazing. ?
The breakfast is plentiful and hot, they have a heated pool and the beds are very comfy. The air conditioner in the room was on point.
It was just me and my husband this time, but I think we’ll bring our kids back here to swim!”

“Winston was very friendly and welcoming when we checked in for our one-night stay. He made sure we had all the information we needed to make the most of our visit. Five stars for a great employee.”
“The hotel was able to meet a late night impromptu need for a place to stay. The front desk clerk was extremely helpful in helping correct a booking issue I unintentionally made.”
“We have stayed here about 5 different times over the last 7 years. I feel pretty safe here, and it's quiet. It's easy to get to, and it's right off the interstate. They have a pretty decent continental breakfast with options that included pancakes, biscuits, and gravy, cereal, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, yogurt, toast, bagles, juice, milk, coffee etc.
Our rooms were clean, and we got a pretty great deal on Priceline.com. I would definitely recommend stopping here on your Colorado adventures.”
“There's a guy that works nights that clearly doesn't want to do his job I came by to see if there was any availability for a Wednesday night parking lot had make 20 cars and I was told there was not rooms available as this young kid didn't look at the computer nor any me he continued to flip his pen in the air”
“Great hotel! Perfect if u have dogs. Clean room, good food. You have to pay for breakfast but it’s either continental or off the menu. Pancakes were really good and Paul was awesome for breakfast service. He was dressed nice and friendly and quick.”

“The staff was so nice and breakfast was great. The only negative was the location. It was a little frustrating because you can only exit out of the hotel entrance by taking a right, and it's a half a mile to get to the U turn (having to cross the interstate) to go left. In high traffic times you can sit at that light quite a while before you are able to make the left turn.”
“Beds were super comfy. If you don’t want to eat out you can cook in the room but bring plates, silverware and pans to cook in. Room does have microwave and Grubhub is available.”
“Customer service was great, the room itself was great, the TV only got about 4 channels and the worst part is your internet service, As a guest I shouldn’t have to register online to your membership to get free WiFi,”
“good quiet but hard to get maids to keep up with my room .. so be prepared to manage trash between two tiny buckets that don't get changed out but once a week unless you empty. I think I'ma try in find another weekly room”
“I’m extremely satisfied with my stay! I was just in Fort Collins for the night and I’m already so impressed. The front desk lady was very sweet even though I came in late and she had a very welcoming aura. The room served its purpose with a working a/c and a pretty comfortable bed. I would go back again just for the friendly service. That’s such a rare thing to see nowadays.”
“I travel extensively for work and stay in many hotels every month, and the owner of this independently owned Super 8 truly stands out. The owner is at the front desk
I’m staying here for the week, and he has gone out of his way to meet every need that has come up. When I needed to extend my stay, he worked to accommodate me even though the hotel was at capacity. It’s obvious that he does these things because he genuinely wants his guests to be happy and comfortable.
From restaurant recommendations to bottled water and anything else that may come up, he is always at the front counter ready to help. This kind of personal service is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. I would absolutely stay here again. Oh and the hotel is newly renovated and it’s NICE”
