“This location always have great customer service but this 1 particular day was amazing. Whenever I come in I always greeted and helped. Right before Christmas I had an issue with an order online that after numerous calls was still not resolved. They suggested I go in store. When I arrived, they informed that it was an online issues. With a packed store and 2 associates the manager multitasked and called in with me until the issue was resolved. They're always willing to help, whether it's something in the store I need help with or online. If they don't have it they will help you figure out where you can get it from. If it's something the carry but it's out of stock they're order it for you and have it shipped to their store for free. Can't say enough about this amazing team.”

“My wife had went there to get our Giants Crucial Catch Cap embroidered for our Nephew. The first attempt was all screwed up. I had them called lids, spoken to Chev and was very accommodating, on Saturday. He told me to bring it back on Monday to Unstitch and restitch. “This is by far the best Eblens I have shopped at, the manager was so helpful. The store was extremely clean and organized. When we walked in we were greeted and asked if we needed help. The previous one I had came from I had to search for someone to help us then I found someone and was told to go to another person. “Chris is the owner and he treats his customers like family. It's not unusual for Chris to have 3 or 4 customers sitting around chewing the fat. Chris always asks if you want a cup of coffee. If the answer is yes he will fresh brew you a cup any way you want it. His shop has great prices and is well stocked. If he doesn't have it in stock he will order it. Chris works off a smaller margin than bigger stores because he doesn't have the overhead.”
