Pet Grooming

The Pampered Pooch, LLC
32 Stony Hill Road Unit D, BethelLove this place so much! We’ve only used the self service dog wash part but having interacted with all the staff including the owner I doubt you could find kinder or more compassionate staff! My dog is terrified of baths and most other humans but she doesn’t mind coming here which is a huge compliment haha. They are kitted out with everything you need too! 10/10 would reccomend this place to anyone looking for a solid dog wash.

Pupuseria Lilian 2
180 Old Hawleyville Rd, BethelI noticed this restaurant recently and was on my way back home with the family from a day trip and we decided to pick up some food to bring home.
What a nice little surprise, the food was great! The people working were very friendly.. For one, the portions are not small by any means! We ordered just a plain quesadilla for my younger daughters with fries. Excellent, and they can teach others a thing or two about good french fries :). We ordered 4 Empanadas, a papusa entree and a Chicken Quesadilla. These empanadas are big! Very good and fresh tasting, great texture to the outside. Comes with a red sauce and pickled veg I believe. All very fresh tasting. The papusas were great as well, red sauce to dip and more pickled veg, really good. And getting 4 per order, wow.
Long story short, we were very happy with the food we received. I look forward to going back to try other menu items as they all look great!
Speaking of the menu, I could not find one anywhere and asked them if they had any that I could take home for ordering, and they did not. I took photos of the entire menu to share.

CASA OAXACA
68 Stony Hill Rd, BethelAcross the street from the Bethel Farmers Market, this unassuming restaurant has truly authentic and tasty options from the bar to the kitchen. The Michelada was large and spicy, with a hot sauce/tajin rim and tamarind candy straw.
Chips and homemade salsa are all made in house, with a little abuelita making them by hand.
The mains selection was wide and varied, a little something for everyone.
If you want a true Oaxacan experience, look no further.

Shakedown Street Eats
227 Greenwood Ave, BethelThe food was delicious. We had the bao buns Poke Tuna and bao bun Falafel and the Gyro wrap. The chef did such a great job. The the flavors were perfect! Delicious right down to the last bite.
We had to remind our waitress about our drinks, which wasn't horrible but it wasn't crowded and you'd expect your drink before your meal.
The musician on the patio was great. A nice way to end the week and kick off the weekend

Biksbee’s Eatery
211 Greenwood Ave, BethelI love coming here after 2 p.m. for late lunch as it is not busy. This time, I tried the chicken pot pie. The dish was okay; the gravy tasted like mushroom sauce, it was delicious but different. The green peas could’ve been cooked longer. It’s an okay dish; I honestly wouldn’t order it again.
