Our 11 year old terrier had gotten really matted over the winter and I was sure she’d need to be groomed back quite drastically but Christina managed to brush out so much more than I thought would have been possible (or expect someone to have the patience for!). There was great communication in advance of the appointment and when dropping the dog off too which, as a new client, certainly put my mind at ease.
The result was fantastic, and our relatively fussy dog seemed very at ease and comfortable with her and the space. We’ll definitely be returning!
