“I was getting my tires rotated at Town Fair Tire in Bristol, CT. I had been having issues with my car making a rhythmic sound when braking. Donato in the shop recommended J's Auto just down the road, on Rte 6, Bristol, across from Home Depot as being good, reliable, and reasonable, so I drove over immediately. I spoke with Jose, who I found to be very friendly, and willing to try to figure out what was going on with my car. I ended up being so satisfied with the quality of work, but also the way everyone I dealt with was friendly, particularly Jose and Maggie. I ended up dropping my wife's older model car to be checked out a couple of weeks later, and got the same quality of service. Good work, friendly honest people at a reasonable price. Glad to know about J's.

Brought my wife's car in again because someone suggested I needed a significant set of parts replaced. Jose and his team looked at the issue and fixed the parts, and lubricated them for a nominal cost, saving us a considerable amount of money. We were prepared to pay for new parts. These guys, and Maggie, are friendly, and equally importantly, they are honest folks. #impressedagain”
“I recently bought a used car here. The entire experience was 10 out 10. I knew exactly what i wanted, and they had it! Before purchasing, they put the vehicle up on a lift and showd me the entire undercarriage of the vehicle plus under the hood. The entire team is professional and friendly. Marc was an exceptional sales man, I've never met an honest car salesman before. Im thrilled with my car, and will continue to bring my car there for regular maintenance. “Thankful to have found Joe's Automotive in town. His hourly rate for labor was extremely fair compared to others. I dropped my car off at 8am, and my car was ready within few hours. I brought my vehicle in for an ac compressor, and I asked if he can look into a rattling sound I heard when I accelerate, it was a clamp missing from my exhaust, he took care of it for me at no charge. Any other mechanic would charge to get this done. His prices for oil changes are reasonable as well. Let's keep this business open! Spread the word. Thanks Joe. Much appreciated. I'll see you soon!”
