“I had the most amazing experience there today! To say it was a positive experience would be the understatement of the year. Long story short, I bought a cabana there a few weeks ago and this morning we went to put it together but one of the boxes in the kit was wrong and we could go no further. I walked in and told ALEX what happened and he said "let me go in back and see if we have another box like that". We'll, he returned a few minutes later and said he had it and we could simply swap out the 2 boxes. I was expecting to be told, sorry you'll need to call the customer service number in the instructions, which we did with no luck, and you'll have to deal with them. Honestly, that would have been legitimate since the store doesn't package the cabanas, they just sell them. Let's be very clear, ALEX saved our Memorial Day weekend! His customer service is so rare nowadays. Thank you also to whoever trained him and to Big Lots for empowering their managers to make these decisions! I will now look for reasons to shop there! Thank you again ALEX!”

“The store is very well maintained and the staff is very friendly. They have a great selection of items for your home. The only thing that I am disappointed about is that they don't carry plus size women's clothing, other than that I love shopping there for anything I need, from cosmetics, toiletries, jewelry, shoes & home goods. Stop by and visit the store for yourself, you won't be disappointed.”

“Walmart is Walmart. They have gotten better with keeping it cleaner and organized. NEED more real cahiers. 4 self checkout lanes and three real cashiers. Lines at all of them. I refuse to use a self checkout., but regardless all had long lines.”
