“Customer service and delivery were AWESOME! I would have given a 10 if it wasn't for: 1) I had to take a day off from work for you to test a system that is CURRENTLY in service and had been tested many times before. I only switched because my previous company stopped delivering in New Milford. 2) I will give you a 10 if your price beats the competitors; the sole reason I spent BIG $$$ to own my own tanks. I am waiting to see; only time will tell...”

“While I’ve only been a customer for under 24 hours, I can say my intro to Paraco was warm and welcoming. Debbie, the lovely woman who helped me get started, was kind, knowledgeable, and professional- she talked to me like an actual person instead of ‘just another customer’. Truly a delight.”

“I didn't expect to give them a 5 star, but their truck stopped on our hilly street and delivered them on our long gravel driveway and picked them up. Without getting wordy, the uboxes were stored for 6 months and the contents were dry and undamaged when we unloaded them 1800 miles later. No issues whatsoever.....I hope future moves go this well. Shipping price was as quoted...Thanks UHaul.......Andy”
