“If you have a BJ's membership, you can get great gas prices (compared to what you'd see at Exxon, Shell, Mobil, Gulf, etc.) Its also a convenient stop off Rt. 10 in Southington - or off I-84, it's right off the exit. ... Now if you go into the store and buy some of their inventory - you save even more! Example: I paid $2.78 a gal. today, without any discount (as I didn't do any shopping, just needed petro) last week I stopped into the store for dole fruit cups and with the discount on gas for the purchase I had made, gas for me that day was $2.30 a gallon!! You can't beat that, NO BRAINER!!”

“Clean, easy to navigate, and relatively tame shoppers. This place is like an Ikea for food. For those who don't shop at Costco regularly (myself) this is quite dystopian. Cold industrial lighting highlights towers upon towers of consumer goods, neatly packaged and smelling of plastic. The building itself could house what feels like the entirety of West Hartford. Security is present, multiple times we were checked for our Costco card. The deals are good, not exceptional. Example: dyson supersonic is the same price on Dyson.com, and has far more colors. Nonetheless the place is fun with ample food and close, organized parking.”

“I stopped by the BJ's in Torrington, because I needed some honey and cheese. This BJ's surprisingly wasn't that busy on two nights before Christmas. It was well stocked, but it took me some time to find everything I was looking for because the layout of this store is a bit different from the one in West Hartford. There was a very kind lady offering samples of corn and apple sauce, she was working at both stations simultaneously. Each time I passed by her she offered it to me again. I told her, I just had it, she said "that's ok, have another one!" I always thought the people who check for your BJ's membership card as you're walking in was the most ridiculous job, because you can't really do much without your card. On this occasion they didn't ask for my card. I was convinced it was in my purse. After my shopping cart was filled and I went to pay, I discovered I didn't have my card. Lucky it was in my car, so all time wasn't wasted. Their job to check for your card, actually has a purpose, holding you responsible that you know where your card is. BJ's is a Club Warehouse. Their membership is $55 annually. This is where I typically go to fill up my car with gas. Their gas prices are the best.”

She did a fantastic job and I was beyond thrilled with how the writing came out. She is DEFINITELY A TOP TIER employee. She has some of the best customer skills I have seen in a very long time. “Truckers Review : 1. I reached the location at 10:30 pm and slept overnight to check in at 5:30 am next morning for 9 am appointment. There was only one local box truck on the docks and was being unloaded by the driver himself. I was told to wait until the appointment time. I was given the door at 9:15 am was able to leave after getting the 13 skids off at 10:30 am. 2. Sufficient space in the parking lot to back up easily. 3. Washroom available on site inside the building. Overnight parking can be done. Ample space besides the docks as well to park. 4. Forklift guy was friendly. Had to sit inside the truck until my trailer was unloaded and paperwork was handed over to me inside the truck itself. Overall ok experience due to speed of unloading and wait time.”
