“About 4 years ago we switched to CT Bingo Supply for all our Bingo Needs and it was a great decision. We have purchased equipment, paper, and daubers from them and never had any issues. Occasionally they may be out of something due to supply chain issues, but when that happens (rarely) they always work with us to come up with a solution. Great prices and great customer service. We highly recommended them!”

“Fantastic prices and quality of products; second to none return policy. They will never let you down and rarely run out of items. Great employees that are always willing to help!”

“Typical Costco Gas Station. Easy in and out. This location would be fairly easy to navigate with a large vehicle or trailer. It is a little tight to exit, but not too bad, especially if you turn the opposite direction from the pump.”

“Their prices are cheaper than regular gas stations. Also, shop first so that you can apply your gas points to this purchase. Best times to go are usually during the week at off hours. Also, make sure you have your BJ's card because the one on the app doesn't work well.”

“Stopped at the cafe. They continually have the greatest meal deal around. Only $1.50 for a soda and hot dog and you can add your own toppings (ketchup, mustard, relish, onions). The service was quick and friendly.”

“Trevor S. At this location was AMAZING! He went above and beyond with his customer service to make sure everything went smoothly and correct, and was very helpful after we had a bad interaction with another employee who was rude. I would definitely recommend Trevor.”

“I wanted to purchase a cake from the bakery and there was no one who knew how to write on cakes and then an employee by the name of Jordyn came over and offered to try to write on the cake for me. She did a fantastic job and I was beyond thrilled with how the writing came out. She is DEFINITELY A TOP TIER employee. She has some of the best customer skills I have seen in a very long time. BJ's Is very lucky to have this young lady working there. Jordyn is the best!!!”

“This place is still a bargain after shopping at the warehouse. Prices remain low in proportion to retail food prices elsewhere. The pizza slices are big and tasty. Chicken roll ups and soft serve ice cream are also great. There are some tables or ask for takeout. The atmosphere is like bedlam, but what else would you expect at Costco?”

“I like the prices. I like the available pumps, even if they're mobbed, it's still not a terrible wait. It's clean, well kept, and they have a great, working and well kept air compressor.”

“I stopped by the BJ's in Torrington, because I needed some honey and cheese. This BJ's surprisingly wasn't that busy on two nights before Christmas. It was well stocked, but it took me some time to find everything I was looking for because the layout of this store is a bit different from the one in West Hartford. There was a very kind lady offering samples of corn and apple sauce, she was working at both stations simultaneously. Each time I passed by her she offered it to me again. I told her, I just had it, she said "that's ok, have another one!" I always thought the people who check for your BJ's membership card as you're walking in was the most ridiculous job, because you can't really do much without your card. On this occasion they didn't ask for my card. I was convinced it was in my purse. After my shopping cart was filled and I went to pay, I discovered I didn't have my card. Lucky it was in my car, so all time wasn't wasted.Their job to check for your card, actually has a purpose, holding you responsible that you know where your card is.BJ's is a Club Warehouse. Their membership is $55 annually. This is where I typically go to fill up my car with gas. Their gas prices are the best.”

“Catering Review!Recommended: Yes, for casual and value-driven events.Overall: A surprisingly good option for tasty and budget-friendly catering, though not ideal for those seeking an Instagram-worthy aesthetic.Snapshot: Food: 4/5 Drink: NA Vibe: NA Service: 4/5‍‍ Family-Friendly: NAHighlights:-Perfect For: Casual parties and family gatherings-Don't Miss: The deluxe party sandwich rings and brownie plattersBonus Tip: For smoother service, submit your order forms in person. All The Details:As someone passionate about food, I had my doubts about BJ's Catering for my daughter's first birthday party. Surprisingly, it turned out to be a great decision. Their sandwich rings, echoing our donut theme, and the value provided were impressive. The food quality, while not high-end gourmet, was more than satisfactory for the occasion. The deluxe turkey sandwich rings were a crowd-pleaser, and the brownie and cookie platters matched any specialty bakery in taste. The two-tiered cake, adorned with our own donuts for added flair, was half the price of local bakeries. While it may not win any Instagram contests for its looks, the taste was exceptional, exceeding many bakery offerings.Service was a mixed bag. The online order process and pickup were chaotic, with some confusion over the cake despite having an order number. Initial interactions at the deli counter, however, were positive, with staff being accommodating and open to customization. For those prioritizing a picture-perfect, Instagram-worthy buffet, BJ's might not be the first choice. However, if your focus is on delicious, value-for-money catering, BJ's is hard to beat. It's an excellent option for no-fuss events like kids' birthdays or casual gatherings, and I would certainly consider them again for future events.”

“Much less chaotic than the West Hartford location, and worth the drive even with a slightly less variety of some meats and food items. They have the gas filling station in the lot, and they share a space with the Dollar Store a, liquor store and a Dunkin' Donuts so you can really get most (if not all) your shopping done in one spot.”

“Very fast delivery process. Warehouse personnel was very nice. Not a lot of parking but PLENTY of room to back into each door with NO ISSUES. Would come here again.”

“I enjoy shopping here and using the express pay but unfortunately I can’t get the big bags of chips (Tostito and frito lay) coz it’s difficult to scan them with express pay and staff can’t help much with that aspect either, they’d say get the ticket there and scan it but there’s never any ticket to scan it for 2for $8. Apart from that it’s plain sailing.”

“Bjs always has great products they lose points because everytime I go theres a line and they never have enough cashiers. We pay for our membership and expect good quick service. They have a bunch of scan it yourself registers but we dont get paid to scan groceries please have more cashiers available otherwise when it's time to renew our membership we will go to Costco or Sams!!”

“The store is usually clean & organized.. however let's talk about the deli section, the wait time is sometimes 20+ minutes.. the ladies who work there are very slow & seem unhappy, but if the guys are working the deli area you can get in and out in a few minutes! Please work on this ppl have to go home & cook dinner, have kids to tend too, have places to be other than standing around over 20 minutes to get what we need when you have 3 ppl standing around.”
