“The staff are always friendly and helpful. Prices are standard, similar to other dispensaries. Still River offers a pretty decent selection of everything. They do have lots of sales and promos. For example, this past summer the had "Medical Mondays", where customers with their medical card got 20% off their order. They have a loyalty program you can join as well. You collect points on purchases and redeem them for money off a purchase or merch. The only issue I had was with the hours, but they recently changed to be open later and open on Sundays. Since that change they are my #1 dispensary. ??”

“I have been using Beacon because my mom gets her prescriptions filled there and I am helping her at this time. Whenever there has been issues with getting them refilled, the staff has gone above and beyond to call me and let me know the status. It is very helpful during this time and they are always polite at the drive through. Southington location.”

“What has always mattered to me is that I can get in and out quickly and conveniently. They have never disappointed in those accounts. Additionally, I shop at Target often, so it makes for a very convenient place to pick up my prescriptions. Target and the CVS Pharmacy in Target are are generally quite clean and inviting. The area the Pharmacy could improve is friendliness of those behind the counter. They have never been "unfriendly", but they generally give the vibe that they are just there to do there job, & clock-in, clock out. :) Again though, this isn't a deal-breaker for me!”

Now I usually talk to George and Pauline (I think I’m sorry) and I have nothing but nice things to say about them. They also go above and beyond. The staff are always very sweet and answer any questions and my scripts are always filled in a timely manner. I will never go anywhere else. They truly are amazing.”

“Turned out to be very good. Thought their version of the meds would be different and I'd experience problems. Instead, after a week or so, no difference from previous pharmacy. Customer service very good if not excellent. Only drawback is that they are not 24/7 like my previous pharmacy.”

“I remember coming here when it was just price chopper and tammy was the food service manager so I'm going back a few years. Back then the place was pretty good, but then tammy left and got a new manager in the food department and the place was a terrible place to go. I felt so bad for those employees that worked hard but got stuck with the lady that replaced tammy, she was always rude to her employees,, always outside smoking her cigarettes, always on her phone, and you never saw her without a doughnut in her mouth. I always wanted to say something to her but never did. Now the place is as good if not better now that its market 32.”

“Very nice staff, of course they make little errors for example address trying to get it correct. They can get one part correct but the other part not and as a customer I’d like to double and triple check to make sure that they have it correct when picking up scripts. If they notice that there was an error they will be nice about it and say we put the wrong number in the system and we will fix it right away.”

“I'm not sure why this CVS has any bad reviews. I am a wheelchair user and have always been treated with the highest respect. They even came out to my van one night when it was raining to help me purchase something without me having to transfer into my chair. As far as I'm concerned they are compassionate and professional. I suppose it also depends on how you treat others. ?♂️”
“I had the pleasure of Charles helping me at the checkout counter yesterday! He was very compassionate and met all of my needs. Made me feel welcome!! Makes a difference to be taken care of by nice people. The young lady in photos was very nice as well”
