“Worked with Master Boot Fitter Edge who was phenomenal in helping me find just the right boot for my hard-to-fit feet. He was patient, knowledgeable and efficient in working with me to make my choice. And then he worked his magic in custom fitting the liner and shell through a heating process to mold the materials to the shape of my feet. The service was awesome. I caught the end-of-the-season sales pricing which made it even better. Bob's pricing was as good as any pricing I could find on-line, and given the fitting services I received, there is absolutely no reason to shop elsewhere. I'm sending my wife into the store next week to work with Edge on a pair of boots for her!”

“I was at the Dicks in West Hartford yesterday. An Uber driver came in to pick up an online order. The uber driver was incredibly rude to the the cashier. I believe the cashier’s name was Laura. Laura handled the situation calmly explaining that she could not release the order because the uber driver was not on the pick up list. The uber driver was extremely rude, swearing at her. Laura remained calm and professional. Once the online customer was contacted the order was released. When asked for ID the uber driver slammed her ID onto the register and continued to be rude. The cashier handled the situation calmly and professionally. No one deserves to be treated like that and she remained calm and professional.”
“Love the clothes here! Technical but just as good for casual wear as for your workout. I even wear some pieces to work. Every stitch and seam has a purpose but the pieces are pretty too! and the best fit of any workout wear I've tried! The price is well worth it as they last and wear well. Plus, while they are on trend, they aren't fad-y, so you can wear them on and on.”

One helped advise me on how to look up gear on the website to confirm it was available for resupply in the store before coming in, and another took the time to check some shoes I was picking up to make sure they were the right size in the box. I had asked about the sale and person who I think was a manager, explained everything to me and it seemed appealing so I started shopping. “I was at this store not long ango and was helped by a really nice employee called Caesar. Very easy name to remember because I personally love caesar salad. I was looking for some fire cargos to fit me for my vacation, and Caesar hooked me up for sure. He told me his style, asked what I liked and what I would pair them with, I told him and he picked out a few pairs for me. I ended up getting them all!! Very great salesman. He also informed me about the rewards system. So cool. There was a shortage of bags unfortunately so I had to go to Hottopic and get a bag to carry all my pants, but that was beyond Caesars control. Overall the store is very clean and I will definitely be coming back soon!”
