“Our Pug is terrified of nail trims. Sarah got it done quickly and painless. He did do his usual bark a couple times when walking out to let them know it wasn't his idea to get his nails trimmed, lol”

“Great local spot with a very friendly owner. For a small store this is my go to spot for my cats and my dog, Brenda always seems to have exactly what I need at reasonable prices.”

“This place is great. It's right off the Silas Dean and pretty close to all the other shops. You can grab a coffee. You can grab your pet supplies. It's right in the Marshalls Plaza. The prices are great. They have plenty of everything that's essential and a good variety. My dogs love coming here. I would highly recommend it five stars.”

“Our boy plays hard all day and sleeps all night. A tired pup is a good pup. I can tell he’s playing hard from the sheer amount of dirt on him when we pick him up! Lol we love it, and the socialization aspect he gets as well. When we drop him off he doesn’t even look back once”

“I was very happy how my pup turned out. They asked me how I wanted him to look and I explained his usual look- they did everything exactly how I asked! Also got his teeth brushed very well and nail buff was nice and short. They were done in 1.5 hours as opposed to anticipated 3 and I was worried they might have rushed through it but surprisingly they did an amazing job, no shortcuts- his teeth were well brushed and his ears well cleaned. I'm very happy with the service and plan to return, though I did have a coupon and the prices on their website seem pretty high, so it will certainly be a rare treat for us!”

“We had a great experience purchasing our two baby guinea pigs. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful, making the entire process easy and enjoyable. There was an older guinea pig that had been surrendered, and we would have loved to give her a good home. However, we were disappointed to see that she was priced the same as the younger guinea pigs. In my opinion, surrendered animals should have a reduced adoption fee to encourage people to give them a second chance. It just didn’t feel like the most ethical approach. Overall, the staff and customer service were excellent, and we love our new guinea pigs. I just hope the store considers adjusting its pricing for surrendered animals to help them find loving homes more quickly.”

“I went in twice to buy birds a week apart. Everyone was helpful and nice. We got our first bird and it got lonely so we went and got another one. Very pleasant experience both times. The reason I took one star away is because I think they tell you whatever they think you want to hear when it comes to the gender of the birds. After doing my research, I understand it can be difficult to gender parakeets. But they both times told me I was buying female birds. I believe now that I have a male and a female and I am seriously hoping I dont end up with baby birds!”

“We stopped in to check this place out and were impressed with the cleanliness of the puppies cubicles and the place in general. We just so happen to fall in love with a sweet little puppy and take her home. We have had her for a few weeks and all has been going well. The staff was great and the adoption process went smooth.”

“We had a wonderful experience with Abby, a professional dog trainer, at Petco! She was patient with our family, which includes our newly rescued dog and our 5 year old son. She demonstrated various training techniques, had us try them, and clearly explained things we could do at home to continue practicing. She was also great about answering questions, as we are new dog parents.”

“Awesome place to browse for future homestead planning while grabbing necessary pet essentials. Aside from the fun shopping for horses, chickens, cats, dogs, animals and the like, my visit today was for one special purpose. CHICK DAY 2026! IFYKYK. For those into animal husbandry and poultry farming, I’m told this year’s Chick Day will occur in the first two weeks of February. Also as a Bark Box customer, happy to see individual Bark Box products for sale in the toy aisle.”
