“I can't say enough about this establishment, the staff is so nice, the owner is so polite and patient. My card had an issue and he was kind enough to wait until I called my bank, also I was told my new puppy cavapoo was a little matted under the belly and before they just shaved or trimmed him, they called me to inform me first. I noticed how the other fur babies were happy and how the place was so clean and the groomers were sweet and friendly and gentle with our babies. It doesn't smell and you could see your pups grooming area and waiting areas which were clean as well. I would highly recommend this place, they did a fantastic job with " jourdy and my best friend's golden noodle poodle chance.”

“I was very happy how my pup turned out. They asked me how I wanted him to look and I explained his usual look- they did everything exactly how I asked! Also got his teeth brushed very well and nail buff was nice and short. They were done in 1.5 hours as opposed to anticipated 3 and I was worried they might have rushed through it but surprisingly they did an amazing job, no shortcuts- his teeth were well brushed and his ears well cleaned. I'm very happy with the service and plan to return, though I did have a coupon and the prices on their website seem pretty high, so it will certainly be a rare treat for us!”

I visited the WeHa location to find a new dog food for my rescues after months of researching and trialing various mid grade foods from big box stores. The associate working was incredibly helpful, answered all of my questions (quite technical questions regarding canine nutrition too!) and was able to make a lot of great recommendations. It’s a breath of fresh air to visit a pet store and know that all of the dog food available has been selected by the staff for quality. They have taken all of the hard work out of the selection process. As an added bonus: the bag of Fromm dog food I purchased was cheaper than amazon. “We had a great experience purchasing our two baby guinea pigs. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful, making the entire process easy and enjoyable. There was an older guinea pig that had been surrendered, and we would have loved to give her a good home. However, we were disappointed to see that she was priced the same as the younger guinea pigs. In my opinion, surrendered animals should have a reduced adoption fee to encourage people to give them a second chance. It just didn’t feel like the most ethical approach. Overall, the staff and customer service were excellent, and we love our new guinea pigs. I just hope the store considers adjusting its pricing for surrendered animals to help them find loving homes more quickly.”

“I went in twice to buy birds a week apart. Everyone was helpful and nice. We got our first bird and it got lonely so we went and got another one. Very pleasant experience both times. The reason I took one star away is because I think they tell you whatever they think you want to hear when it comes to the gender of the birds. After doing my research, I understand it can be difficult to gender parakeets. But they both times told me I was buying female birds. I believe now that I have a male and a female and I am seriously hoping I dont end up with baby birds!”
