“I had an incredible experience thanks to Russell! As a Brazilian whose English isn't fluent, I was a bit nervous, but Russell was exceptionally patient, attentive, and super friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure I was understood and helped every step of the way. I was thrilled to find out he has Brazilian heritage, and even though he doesn't speak Portuguese, his dedication to helping me was outstanding. A true professional!”

“Chris is exceptional! What can I express when discussing his remarkable efforts and dedication to our out-of-state business owners? Chris is the sole individual I can commend. If you find yourself out of state and, regrettably, others are unable to access your location or deliver your mail to you with courtesy, then it is imperative that you visit a UPS branch!”

“Today was our first time in this town and Ms. Cheryl was such a delite. While we waited our turn in line she helped each person selflessly and courtesly. We didnt know how to print from the phone and she explained it so clearly and professionally without making us feel silly for not knowing how to do it. The world definitely needs for cheryls! Would return 10 more times just because of her!”
