“I love Arnold's Meats! I always come and stock up on meats for the freezer. I love getting their sauces, fresh peeled garlic. I love their frozen veggies. There's so much to choose from cheese and milk to bread and eggs to pies and desserts to spices and pastas to meat. The frozen French fries are delicious too. Prices are great too!!”

The employees I previously mentioned had no empathy and neither did corporate. Herman made me whole and made the situation a positive experience. “Now you'd ask why on Earth I'd rate this place & it'd be a understandable inquiry but the part some might not know is this-at this time I'm helping a fellow neighbor in the place I live in plus he's got pain issues so he sent me to here to get some cratum for the problems he's dealing with & the staff are pretty good in terms of the knowledge of the CBD products including showing the person who I'm helping the stuff (see he's not able to leave his car too well until a surgery for hips) & the staff know the bits they sell & also what works for the people in these problems & very friendly as well. selection is there plus also I suspect this is useful for others who need help with painful issues as well. “Such a gem that I found, right here in my hometown! I really needed a purple onion, I did not want to go to a big supermarket. I did a search on what was near me, and BAM! I found this really nice Mexican convenience store. The owners are husband and wife, and are so nice. They have a great variety of items from fresh cheese, Mexican glass bottle sodas, coffee , fresh ingredients in the fridge, over the counter medicines, candies & cookies. And lovely artisanal cups, Jewelry and figurines. Their 2 year anniversary is Monday 01/22/24, an all day event. And they are passing out authentic Mexican calendars next Monday 12/11/23. Please stop in and show your support. Next door to them is a bakery store and next to that is my favorite AUTHENTIC Mexican restaurant called Sarape's.”

“There's an Aldi only about five miles away from another in South Windsor. The low prices on generic products are really deals you don't want to miss out on. The name brand Pop tarts are over four dollars but you can get the Aldi's version well under $2 for 12-pouch pack. The hot cocoa rolls for the holidays from Pillsbury are stocked here. This store is well stocked and sanitary plus employees are treated nicely while serving your shopping needs. If you don't want to hit up ShopRite for certain products, then Aldi's is a place for you for decent prices on frozen food, bakery items, snack products and more.”

“I shop regularly at Costcos and continue to find great buys on everything I purchase. I recently decided to try the Tempura Shrimp after trying a sample in the store. It was absolutely delicious, crunchy, lightly battered and the size of the shrimp with no shrinking was phenomenal. I purchased a frozen box containing 30 count that comes with packets of sauce. The shrimp are large so I baked about 4 in the oven. They were filling and as delicious as they were in the store. I shared some with my friends at work and they too were equally impressed and wanted to buy them at Costcos.”

“This is a small grocery store that manages to do a lot. You won't find 30 brand options for a given item, but they are smart about those they present. Any shortcoming in this regard is now than made up for by quality and service. Produce is fresh; in-house prepared foods (corned beef! ) are exceptional.”
