I've never had anything but a good experience, they've always communicated with me when he's had an off day. I trust their judgment, I know everything is done to keep every dog and person safe! Some days he needs extra breaks, some days he doesn't need any. It truly all depends on the day with him, nothing about the staff or other dogs. I know my child can be a lot, they're always willing to work with me as long as he's not a danger! (mine is just nuts/likes to destroy things he's not supposed to haha)

Very pleasant experience both times. The reason I took one star away is because I think they tell you whatever they think you want to hear when it comes to the gender of the birds. After doing my research, I understand it can be difficult to gender parakeets. But they both times told me I was buying female birds. I believe now that I have a male and a female and I am seriously hoping I dont end up with baby birds!

Set out of the way at the old Remington Rand factory it's worth a visit if you've never been. Good spot to hangout with some friends/family with indoor and outdoor seating (great if you have a dog in tow).

The food took quite a bit to be served to us but once it did we were very impressed with the presentation. We started with the Devil Poppers which seemed slightly over fried and could have been slightly less chewy and more airy crunchy but nonetheless very satisfying flavor. The Southern Dippers tho were to absolutely die for. Fried pickles and fried green tomatoes with three different kinds of dipping sauce, they were all so good and crunchy!!! We got the Caribbean Jerk wings, which were good and juicy but the sauce seemed a little bland. I would get the same wings for sure just with a different sauce. And finally we got the Mediterranean chicken sandwich which was excellent on every level. Super tasty and fresh and the chicken was nice and juicy. The bread alone was worth it! The side of pasta salad I got with it came in its own little cute bowl. It was so flavorful and the pasta was cooked to perfection. We can't wait to come back and try more of the menu!

For drinks, we enjoyed a great glass of red wine and one of their signature mixed drinks.The food was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. I ordered the short rib, which was the perfect, cozy comfort food and came with a side of potatoes (though I would have loved a few more veggies on the plate). My spouse had the ahi tuna, which was also very good, just a little heavy on the sesame seed crust.Overall, the ambiance is wonderful and the experience was great. We will definitely be back!
