“Busy gas station/C-Store. Right on the highway. Easy off ramp. Didn't get gas or go inside. Stopped to stretch on a trip. Not a big place. Pumps were full of cars but no lines. Not many spots open to park. There were a few electric car charging pumps. Easy to get back on the highway.”

“I am posting five stars for Isaiah in the pharmacy. This pharmacy seems generally overwhelmed and understaffed. Isaiah is a standout. I had two complicated prescription transfers from California, with coupons for each that needed to be located and implemented; neither prescription was a simple or quick process. Isaiah handled both with grace and patience, unflustered by the activity around him. He is exceptional and created a very positive experience.”

“Somehow I lost one of my prescriptions; I called CVS at West Putnam Ave in Greenwich, CT to see what I could do. Spoke with Michele in the Pharmacy. She took the time to see if my insurance would cover a new refill (they wouldn't, surprise!). The cost would've been around $175.00. I said I couldn't afford that and Michele then said she'd see if she could apply a coupon. After being able to apply the coupon, she brought it down to $17.00! That I can afford! You know, it was just a few months ago that this CVS Pharmacy location was horrendous: prescriptions taking forever to fill, lack of customer service, drive through being closed, impossible to speak with a live person (ok, that one is still a problem, but getting better!), long unmoving lines (still long lines on occasion, but moving a lot faster).
I'm happy to say it's almost a pleasure doing my Pharmacy interactions here once again!
I gave 5 stars. There's always room for improvement, but today and my last few interactions were 4 or 5 stars!

“Nice service the store inside has a lot of variety of cheeses and sodas I only missing one thing the Apple Pay by the pump because I lose my credit card so I have to go inside to pay at the cashier”
