“My mom and I went into this store today looking to upgrade our phones. We were helped by a lovely woman named Shika. She explained the different deals we could get and was very patient with us as we made our decision. Sometimes my bank puts a limit on the amount I can spend at once and she patiently scanned multiple transactions so we could both get new phones, cases and screen protectors. She took a bunch of savings off too, bundling everything together to maximize savings.
Although we went in with an idea of what we were looking for, I have a feeling she would have been just as patient if we were unsure. She is an asset to that store and I'm so glad we stopped in. From now on, we will go the Dixwell Avenue in Hamden location when it comes time for a new upgrade. It will be a while but we won't hesitate when the time comes!”
