“No frills gas and convenience store. On a small site with four pumps it can get a bit chaotic at times, but usually is an open pump or one opens in a few minutes. Sampled over the last 6 months it has had the lowest price gasoline in the area. Having not been inside, no details there.”

“The pharmacy and store staff is AMAZING, in fact such so, even though i live in middletown, i go here instead!!! Stay away from the Walgreens pharmacy in middletown! They are the worst! But NOT PORTLANDS!! WONDERFUL, NICE STAFF, always stocked up and NEVER an issue with my monthly scripts, and if there is, THEY do whatever they can to help! Instead of acting like youre asking too much from them. Highly recommended!”

“Walgreens in Deep River has greatly improved in the last few years. The general store part of it is well-stocked and well-organized with very friendly staff. The pharmacy is often out of my medication or my insurance doesn’t want to approve it so I know to reorder early. The staff has been very good about working with my insurance and resubmitting to get approval and make sure I can have my medication.My criticism is that their grounds and garden area seem pretty much an afterthought. I would like them to spend a bit of money on making their exterior prettier so it looks well-cared for and. Or like a 7-11 parking lot.”

“It looks like a family operated business. I was told their burgers are amazing, but we came for their hot breakfast sandwiches on this cold and rainy Sunday morning. Did not disappoint! I had the ham, egg, and cheese that comes in a plain Kaiser roll. Every thing was hot, and the bread was grilled nicely! Sandwiches are made to order, which took around 5 minutes to make. They also kept hot sandwiches up front in the warmer display with hot foods. They also sell wings here. That's for another visit. The two younger boys were very courteous, while the woman who was cooking is a little rough on the edges. Probably a language barrier going on. Will be in the area for work all Summer through the end if October, and we will definitely be back. Overall a nice little gem of a gas station. They sell ice by the scoop as well!”

“Gas station with a major bonus. Great customer service and surprisingly excellent selection of fishing tackle inside. They have shimano slx rods and reels in the gas station and a wall of baits 10-15 ft long. You can leave your pole and tackle at home come here and still get everything you need to go fishing inside of the gas station.”
