“Every location is different however the staples are usually in stock at the Middletown location. The Aldi Find’s aisle is a shoppers dream with limited time and seasonal items. Wednesday’s are special for new drops.”
“Nice little food store, located very near the bridge of old east haddam. Conveniently located. Prices are a bit higher than the big grocers, as expected. Vegetables and fruit selection are not very good.Right next to a beer store.”
“Came down for two days and stayed at the machimoodus tiny houses. I didn’t do food shopping before hand and was a little worried I stumbled onto this little gem.with lots and lots of options. I love the small town feel and the help were super friendly. I made a little Italian sauce from scratch and they had all of the ingredients needed. I’ll be back for sure.”

But, what I enjoyed the most was seeing you go above and beyond to cut the strawberries for the customer's special order. Mr. Murphy, you show the knowledge and passion for the meat.
I was most likened to see how high end the meat is at Adam's, thank you so much for making our experience fun.

“They usually have everything I need except activia black cherry yogurt. Sometimes they have a decent selection and other times they don't have any at all but that is my only complaint. Cashiers are very friendly and the store is very clean.”
“Great sausage service friendly and very welcoming everything is homemade handmade, pierogis we're very good had the meat pierogies went back and got the kielbasa I'd say it was the best I have ever eaten great flavor”

“I have been here a few times since they transitioned from Price Chopper to Market 32.
The changeover has brought the store back to life, a very fresh and clean feel when you walk in.
So far so good with the produce selection and I say that because I've been to several stores with produce and most of it is not up to par. A lot of bruising or mushiness or just not appealing produce.
I look forward to the continuance of good produce, as this may be my new spot for it ?
The employees have been wonderful and very helpful when I've needed it
I do want to thank the woman who helped me out in floral with my Mum's last week. She went above and beyond to help me.
What I liked most was the conversation and help did not feel forced, she was very sincere and I appreciated that.
This is now one of my go-to shops every week or two for items I need / want.
They also have grocery pickup, which I will definitely be trying sooner than later.”

“I have been to this Price Chopper location a couple of times now. It is not as grand as something like Whole Foods, but it is convenient for those in Middletown-area.Upon coming in you are greeted on your left by the Sushi section, which is always nice and fresh. In my opinion, the best aspect of this supermarket. Nearby they have grab-and-go options like fried chicken and sandwiches. None of them are the freshest looking though and they have a lot of sodium. The salads here are average.The main section of the supermarket where you can get your traditional supermarket items like cereal, water, fruit, etc. is well-stocked and clean, which is nice.The checkouts usually move fast unless you come in the afternoon on a weekend. Otherwise, check is pretty quick and easy. There is also self-checkout options.The parking lot here is very large with plenty of parking, which is nice!Altogether, Price Chopper is your traditional supermarket, but the prices are good and the location is clean with a good variety of products.”

There is another ShopRite coming soon to Vernon, formerly Price Chopper. ShopRite of Cromwell is formerly Kmart and Xpect Discounts. The CT ShopRite stores are in Bristol Brookfield Canton Clinton Cromwell Danbury Derby East Hartford East Haven Enfield Fairfield Hamden Manchester Milford New London Norwalk Norwich Orange Shelton Southbury Southington 4 stores in Stamford Stratford Vernon Wallingford and Waterbury. “The store manager Kari gave me a very good experience that i wanted to share, my son whos birthday was coming up in a few weeks, has become star wars obsessed, and in the toy isle they had some star wars action figures, and for a very reasonable price, I wanted to get him a little squad of storm troopers to go with the other figures i got him, but they only had one, i traveled to other dollar generals but only managed to find one more, I finally went back to the one in town where i asked Kari if there was anyway to order more and explained the situation, she said she would order more for me, i was very thankful but had my doubts that it would actually get done seeing how shes always running around super busy… but sure enough a few weeks later i went in and she notified me that she ordered a bunch of extra and they all came in!? She went above and beyond and because of her, my plans for my sons birthday present was accomplished just in the nick of time ?”
