As I've navigated into adulthood they are there to answer questions about interest rates, cashier's checks, credit cards, and investing. “I love this bank. I've been with them for about 5 years. There aren't ANY minimum balance requirements on my checking account. I came here from People's bank [now M&T] because I was being slammed with fees left and right.Not only is it very easy to get somebody on the phone with Chelsea Groton, it is very easy to use all of their services. Their app is very streamlined, and you don't have to go through 17 different automated systems to speak to somebody. I can't imagine a bank that would serve me better honestly”

“Great local bank with great customer service. I have never had one problem with Chelsea Groton and I have had Checking and Savings accounts with them for years. Deposits are quick and painless and withdrawals inside or at the drive up ATM are easy. They have great overdraft policies and no minimum limits on checking accounts like the big name banks.”

“Great bank I have nothing bad to say I’m almost 40 had many different banks and this one is the best! Life happens and for whatever reason a bill bounces they won’t let the company charge you more than one return fee, the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is for two reasons when a customer gets direct deposit every pay period don’t bounce something for 2 dollars when there is money to cover it in savings and the second is I got a personal loan got it down to where I only owed 4 grand pay on time no issues, but when I asked to increase my loan they said oh no I have to pay the first one off to zero balance first, two bad things but it could be worse I could go and on about other banks and fee after fee. This bank helps their customers if u don’t have them u would get them! And with all the fraud people scamming I like the bank will alert and want a ok that it’s you, just don’t lock my card again at the grocery store check out, that was embarrassing;)”

Within 90 minutes she'd set up multiple accounts and completed credit card applications, PLUS she answered a heap of questions we had and helped us to make the best decisions based on our current financial situation and goals. She was able to explain everything in ways we could understand, and made sure we knew about the best deals. Ximena was also super friendly, down to earth, professional, and had a great sense of humor and joked with us. The whole experience was fantastic, and Ximena is awesome!”
