Mr. Gonzalez was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient in resolving a complicated eSIM and IMEI issue after I switched my mobile service to Cox. I was very worried that I had lost a phone number I’ve had for 12 years, but he provided reassurance that my number was not lost. He contacted customer care on my behalf, spoke directly with a mobile specialist, and successfully got my number reactivated with the correct IMEI and eSIM. He went above and beyond and made a stressful situation much easier. I highly recommend this location, especially for any Cox Mobile or technical issues. Mr. Gonzalez is smart, professional, and genuinely cares about helping customers.”
