“Purchased a Jeep from Cheap Auto Rental and it was an incredibly easy, fair, and honest process. A day or two after I noticed an issue and called them, not only did they tell me to bring it in without questions to fix, but due to a family emergency I went a week without bringing the car in. Not only did they not forget, they called me to asking if the problem was resolved and if I needed it fixed still. I can't imagine there are any other dealers going out of their way to ensure things worked out. I was so impressed with them and their deals that I am buying two more cars. “I had a great experience with Crystal (#1) she was very helpful and always made sure I had a clean car there when it was time to change I was with them for about 3 months never had any issues with my account car was always ready I’m telling you they are cheaper and better quality service then Enterprise and Budget who I am glad gave me issues so I was able to find Ace Rental in New Britain… Don’t let some of these reviews have you not go there or question it ..

“It was easy for me to book and pay for the rental car with Hertz online. The two guys working at the front desks got me in the car quicky. The car was clean and felt safe with all the new features.
The only issue I had was the wiper blades were very ineffective in rain.”

“We just rented a mid size thru Expedia. This is my 1st rental since a disastrous rental thru SIXT (AVOID SIXT AT ALL COSTS). I was nervous after that experience, but need not have been. We showed up on our arranged day. The office was large and clean. A nice man came right over (I didn't catch his name, so I'll describe him. Tall black man with a pleasant accent, I hope that rings a bell). Quick and easy. Signed a few things, did the deposit and he walked us right to the car. We were in and out in like 10 minutes. This place also offers after hours drop off, which was was really helpful!!! They also send you a link to modify your reservation a day before returning, which I loved! I didn't need to do that, but having that quick and easy option was fabulous. No upselling, no bait and switch. Just a convenient and easy process. Thank you!”
