“I had a great experience with Crystal (#1) she was very helpful and always made sure I had a clean car there when it was time to change I was with them for about 3 months never had any issues with my account car was always ready I’m telling you they are cheaper and better quality service then Enterprise and Budget who I am glad gave me issues so I was able to find Ace Rental in New Britain… Don’t let some of these reviews have you not go there or question it ..

“It was easy for me to book and pay for the rental car with Hertz online. The two guys working at the front desks got me in the car quicky. The car was clean and felt safe with all the new features.
The only issue I had was the wiper blades were very ineffective in rain.”
