Huge shoutout to the new manager Destiny so welcoming and warming. She handled a situation today very calmly and accordingly for the ignorant mom who refused to understand she wasn’t even listed as a person authorized to make a change to her friends account. Shame on her, she also made threats to the staff to report them because they couldn’t do anything without the account holder present in store with their id.

“Saved my relationship with Big Red! Without going into too much of the backstory, my first ever trade-in for the brand new Samsung s23 promotion went sideways immediately. The website could not identify either phone during the trade-in process even though they had been verified before my purchase. Fortunately the manager and assistant manager were able to pull this dumpster fire together and I've been getting my bill credits successfully since March 2023.”
“Service was fast friendly employees the only thing that I didn't like was that I went with my brother to return his equipment and they couldn't give him a receipt for it. They only said that they would send him a email but as of last Saturday they didn't send him one. Other than that everything else was good”

“My experience was ok. I was greeted when I walked in. After explaining why I was there, I felt to associates attention was not focused on me. Upon near completion of the transaction, he walked away to greet a couple that entered. Finally after 5 minutes of waiting, he must of realized and came back to finish the transaction”
“Big shoutout to Rubin and his team! They were so helpful this morning for resolving the issue we’ve been having with customer service for the past month. They were very efficient and prompt with understanding the issue and resolving the problem the best way they can. We unfortunately could not get this resolved at another T Mobil location we originally visited closer to our home, but due to frustration and not being understood I’m so happy our family was able to come to this location to get the issue resolved very seamlessly.”
