She took my call, knew I was stressed about finding care and found a way to get seen quickly. She was kind, understanding, quick, and extremely helpful. We were not brushed off to be sent somewhere else… as we had been several times prior to our call here. As someone with a need to be seen with no area vet, PV made us feel important and made it possible for us to be seen.

We went for brunch and our food was excellent! Biscuits, Benedict's, and Devil Poppers - stars of the show! The featured use of other local businesses products like the breads, meats, and desserts is also such a wonderful connection to the community. The timing between courses was also perfect. We were never rushed or wanted for anything. Our drinks - spectacular and well curated for the season and paired perfectly with the meal. Caffe Negroni is elevated, approachable, and the perfect brunch cocktail. Service was 10/10 - Fiona was personable and sweet without being pushy. Overall - a great way to ring in the new year! A fantastic addition to the Middletown restaurant landscape.

The steak frites were fantastic. Well flavored, perfectly cooked, the sauce was delicious.
Only downside is it took us an hour from the time we were seated to get our food. It took awhile for the waiter to come to us so we ordered our food right away. He did not check on us again and after a long wait we had to flag him down to ask where our food was. I understand if they were busy, but there was no acknowledgement that the kitchen was busy or backed up, no apology for the long wait.

482 S Main St, MiddletownWe had such a great experience at Tiano’s BBQ in Middletown! Nice little Valentines treat without having to deal with all the chaos- that a commercial place with mediocre service would’ve given.
The woman taking our order was incredibly friendly and funny — a true people person. She recommended a few items, so we ordered them all and were so glad we did! (I really wish I remembered her name, she DOES deserve the recognition!)
We started with the bacon pops (crispy and full of flavor) and the chicken bites with their in-house sweet chili sauce — both delicious. I had the Philly brisket sandwich, which was juicy with the perfect meat-to-cheese ratio and amazing smoky flavor. The potato salad tasted just like my grandma’s. My husband got the smokehouse burger with sweet potato fries — everything was flavorful and cooked perfectly.
We even grabbed the shrimp before leaving (so good!) and ordered another Philly brisket to bring home, plus one of their massive cookies.
Amazing food and amazing service. We’ll definitely be back! :)
