“I can’t say enough good things about Portland Winair. Jeff Plensio, Kyle, Nick, and the entire team run an exceptional operation. As a contractor, having a supplier you can truly count on makes all the difference, and they have never let me down.

Their customer service is second to none. They’re knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to help keep my projects on schedule. Whether it’s tracking down equipment, answering technical questions, or simply making sure everything is right, they consistently exceed expectations.

In all the years I’ve worked with them, I have never once been disappointed with their service. The professionalism, communication, and genuine commitment they show their customers should be the standard that every business strives for.

If you’re looking for a supplier that treats your success as their own, Portland Winair is the benchmark. Thank you, Jeff, Kyle, Nick, and the entire team for everything you do. You’ve earned a customer for life.”

“Bought a tub surround and fully satisfied with product and super impressed with all staff. From sales to delivery, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful team. Had a glaze flaw on one panel and within the day the replacement was delivered.”

“Great experience at Sam’s Club. The staff were respectful, helpful, and the whole process was smooth and professional.

What I really appreciate is their flexibility—you can shop with a family member’s card (parents, siblings, etc.), which makes things much easier for families.

Unfortunately, this is very different from Costco, where they don’t allow you to shop even with your own father’s or spouse’s card. As the head of the family, that should be understandable, but they still refuse, which makes the experience frustrating.

Overall, I highly recommend Sam’s Club for their respectful service and customer-friendly approach.”
